@@CezarGodbody i know my Wu-Tang history. Drew Greer created the original Wu-Tang Clan x Nike Dunk High in 1999. As Nike’s Global Footwear Product Director for Sportswear at the time, Greer spearheaded this ultra-limited edition sneaker, which featured the iconic black and yellow color scheme adorned with the Wu-Tang Clan’s emblem. His initiative was instrumental in merging hip-hop culture with sneaker design, leading to the production of approximately 100 pairs, half of which were distributed to the Wu-Tang Clan and their associates. This video is not about the history of the Wu-Tang clan but more of birth of the sneaker. These are two distinct differences. The Wu-Tang dunk was actually created due to the Iowa Dunk not gaining traction and Drew Greer created a limited run of Wu-Tang Dunks which was not authorised by Nike. This came from Drew himself in a complex interview 3 years ago. I never lie on my reviews as I do my research. You sir are mixing the Wu-Tang clan history with the creation of a sneaker, which has no comparison.

Have to agree with you, but i can understand why they used pollen. They used the same color from 2008 rather than the goldenrod colorway which was more inline with the 1999 Wu-Tangs. Nike always bring out the same color in different shades. UNC is not the same shade on non of the UNC color sneakers. I'm just glad they brought it back and this time to the public lol

Agreed buddy. I did mention the Pollen's in the video with the Taxi's Had a couple people wear the Thunder 4's at the Wu-Tang event where I got my pair early. In addition you would add the Chutney 13 and Jordan 12 University Gold into the question if you are talking about black and yellow sneakers (or even the Michigan 5's, just). Nahh I don;t think everybody was able to cop, quite a few people missed out, but majority of the people that wanted them actually were able to cop them. I saw quite a few people not go in for them as they were either too close to the pollen J1's or the Iowa or the Taxi J1's, but i think they missed the true meaning of the sneaker or were not truly Wu-Tang fans. The Goldenrods released in 2021, the Iowa released in 2020 but neither had the Wu on the back so I understand what you are saying but these are officially the Wu-Tang dunk and I got to have them, especially after 25 years of waiting. I rather have all of them than none lol.

Yes buddy. They fit true to size for me. They are actually quite comfortable on feet. Defo true to size. Just know that you will have to open up the laces so the tongue doesn’t keep moving forward when you put your sneakers in. Apart from that they are spot on

@@frickysuavve247The glue shouldn't be an issue, that might be a QC issue. If you have a black light, try seeing if there are any issues with additional markings on the sneaker. Doe's it smell off?

@lovekickscustom it smelled like new shoes the hour glass figure was good the back of the shoe leans foward like it should font is good toe box good holes in the box good slight bit of black paint though slightly hits where the sole is stitched im thinkin maybe qc im gonna make a short video for other people input and im gonna review the shoe as well tbh your vid was one of the vids that inspired me to do so
