Buy magnetic clubs here: www.diabolofocus.com/product/magnetic-club "A video collaboration where genius club juggler Brian Simoncin tries out the XDJ Magnetic Clubs. Brian and Bruno just gathered for a combined masterclass in Cascais, where they still found the time to record this video. They researched together for a couple of days, Brian had no more than around 10 hours of practice to perfect...

Treblas with mirror rings

New mirror rings :) 35cm, 3mm, 145g Qualified pancake treblas 12 years ago for the first time (not saying this counts as 3 ring pancake treblas though, but I tried). My best regular style treblas with rings is 14 catches, also from 12 years ago.

New pb with 4 objects, also the longest 4 club endurance run with video that I know of at the time of posting. I thought for sure I had passed 1 hour when I stopped. Whoops :P This is way longer than my 4 ball record, and about 10 minutes longer than my 4 ring record. Even though 4 clubs is perhaps objectively harder than 4 rings, I think the 4 ring run was one of the most taxing endurance runs...
Big video teaser!

I want to make a big (1h) video ASAP! I filmed and edited everything in this in a day! I have made over 2 dozen unique props! Couldn't even fit them all in this video, truth to be told, I barely touched some of them yet. Special thanks to Jay Gilligan Emil Dahl, David Cain and Erik Åberg, for providing me with feedback, support, information and even some very generous donations of props for me ...

borzy box

quickly trying a plexiglas 2 open side box on a stick with ping pong ball as you may be able to see, the box doesn't sit perfectly level on the stick, this is because the screws holding the steel plate that the magnet grabs onto are protruding slightly (needs more countersink). So I'm scared that the box will be too unbalanced and fall off which would suck.

Ringdama tricks
Переглядів 1,2 тис.7 років тому
Thanks for the prop Dan!!! I tried some tricks with the new prop called "Ringdama" which is a variation of the popular skill toy called Kendama! Not sure if mouth stick with Kendama-like props is a thing but it seemed like a good idea, freeing up the hands and all. I kinda wish I had more than just one ringdama now!
Fidget stick "juggling" with 4
Переглядів 8697 років тому
Inspired by the Kwist team! I guess this is the easiest way of making a pattern with 4 unless you do some hybrid thing like rolling them off a table edge and catching them in the air (or just juggling them as if they were tiny clubs I guess (may or may not actually be easier without prior experience)). Tried a little for 5 and 6 with same catching technique and 3 flips, managed to stop 4/5 at b...

AMERON! Thank you so much for this euphoric juggling experience! Putting together a video of this magnitude is very admirable and generous and fuckin cool of you! Thank you for making props, creating tricks, training, scouting locations, setting up backgrounds, planning costumes, adjusting camera settings, moving the tripod again, doing tricks one more time to get a better angle, and putting in hours upon hours of editing. This video has given me so much energy, and I know it’ll continue to do so every time I watch it! Thank you, Ameron!!! Favorite Tricks: 0:55 Great way to make this move into a pattern! The synchronized thumb spin is delightfully appropriate. 1:06 I love this! It’s so clean and fresh and repeats so fast! I love tricks that don’t look like or work in the same way as any other 3 club tricks I’ve seen but are simple at the same time! Congrats on finding such a banger! (Quick shout-out to the smooth transition between the last two tricks I mentioned. Very slick to end and start the juggling like that and center yourself in the shot so well.) 1:26 YES! Beautiful! It must be a pain in the ass! Thanks for learning it! 1:39 Wild!! Looks like the video has been reversed. 1:50 A flair bartender read a book on origami! 2:22 God darn, this looks insane! I clicked the rewind 5 seconds button at least 8 times the first time I watched this. Next time I see you in person, I’m 100% going to bother you to show me the trick in person so I can see the top 3rd of the trick! 3:11 (Screams at screen) Beautiful function! Love a two-axis fast repeating pattern! 4:53 So cute! I love how deeply you go into Cuphead tricks while sitting down. What a delightfully niche prop plus position! 4:57 Yes! So cool you have found things that make sense to do with the Cuphead shape that don’t even have to do with the ball going into the cup! 5:20 Get out of here! In general, I just shake my head in disbelief at how next level you are with foot balances. 5:42 Science! Art! Clocks! 5:47 Banger!!! 5:59 Such a wild sequence! Love when I see you do stuff that I know only Ameron would think of or be able to do. This sequence feels extra Ameron! 7:16 Excuse you!? This is impossible even without the ball. Magnet socks? Must be. 7:22 Let’s goooo double foot balances! The future is now! 7:46 Impossible! Your left heel is smarter than my right hand. 8:02 So beautiful! And 1 step further on your journey to find the hardest four club trick in the lowest ceiling possible! 8:12 Another scream at the screen moment on the first watch. Now that I have seen it 10 times, I’m just yelling at the screen. Love it so much! The slide of the cup on the cup is such a satisfying way to use the object! Feels like it must be crazy hard to get a good slide but stop where you need it to for the balance. Thanks for the work!!! 8:19 Hell yeah! (cries) 8:24 So rad! This trick looks like it can produce clean, reusable energy. 8:32 It’s tricks like this that boost me back to 100% on loving juggling. It’s an emotion that’s difficult to put into words, but something about how that trick looks and works and the ingenious skill behind bringing it to life make me want to live and do and make as much as possible! 8:37 Iconic banger! The last three tricks in the video really knocked me out! The Cuphead section might be my favorite in the whole video! 9:00 It’s insane how accurate you are with throwing to balances. That stuff breaks my brain harder than spelling in French. 10:47 I love that you bring your foot balance craziness to this prop!!! 11:24 It’s giving JJF in 3024! 11:58 So good!!! So weird!! So deep! Love it! 12:18 Yuuuusss! Love how the slapback makes the handle and ball spin in opposite directions! Stunning! 13:48 Cleeeean! This is one, and the next one are my favorites in the section! Perfect angle to film it from as well. 14:08 So surprising! Such a cool way to use and hold the prop and extra rad to bring the cascade to the Salerno! 16:05 Absolutely nuts! Such a beautiful trick, and you do it so chill! Love how dense it is! 16:37 Noice!!! 17:31 This trick could be in the 9-1 Nordic Object trailer AND a WJF trailer! Hardcore! 20:35 Love it! Such a compact triple balance! Very cool to see that with clubs where all the clubs are the same height and lined up like that. 21:17 So impressive! 21:49 What??? Same arm??? Legal? Isn’t one of Newton’s laws against this sort of thing? 22:45 Absolutely ridiculous! Love that you kept your moment of relief at the end of the shot. 24:48 Never seen that shape before! Love it! It’s very trippy how it’s a short loop and clean to watch, but also very hard to figure out what the hell is actually happening. Love it! 25:38 Favorite of this section for sure! So trippy and surprising with the different speeds, directions, and centers of rotation. 25:58 Yes, walking club! The world is your runway! 27:27 Club swinging 2.0! Such a sick trick without ever letting go of a club!! Love it! 28:02 One of the most beautiful props plus tricks I’ve ever seen you make/do! It’s a really stunning shape, and this trick is absolutely how it lives its best life. 29:10 This sequence made me smile so hard I hurt my face! Everything builds off the move before it, and all the transitions are logical but surprising. I find it particularly cool in a meta sense that you take a prop that is usually used for a single trick with a ball and use it for a sequence with clubs! 30:49 Fun transition! 31:11 AMERON ATTACK!!!!!! 31:47 100% a scream at the screen moment. What a crazy fucking trick dude! I’m so happy to be alive while there’s a person on earth who can think of this trick and do this trick and is cool enough to film it and share it with the world! 32:58 Took me a couple of watches to clock that, of course, you are doing the Treblas completely blind. The fuck?! 34:01 Such a great circle! I tried this once and was like, “Haha, nope.” It’s so awesome you can run it like it’s nothing! 34:05 CRRRAAAAAZYYY! 35:02 Easily in my top 5 juggling tricks I’ve ever seen! So wild and genius to turn the shadow into an object like that. Literally makes me want to cry from joy. 36:59 Impossibly cool and maybe the lowest 5 club trick of all time? 37:11 YES DUDE! 10000000000 points! 38:14 What an insane prop and trick to have in the credits!!! So space-age. 38:44 The 4 club shoulders and Salerno sideways look great together! Thanks a lot for taking the time to write all the names of the props and details about the filming, editing, music, etc. Definitely added to the experience! Thanks again for making this beast of a project!! Hope to see you soon!

Ameron this is unbelievable! So many amazing ideas all in one place. I wasn't just blown away by the incredible juggling skill and beautiful and creative tricks, but also all of the amazing props you used. Every section was so exciting to see what you would do next, and I loved every second of it. Thank you so much for making a full film too - this is my favourite format for juggling and I really appreciate the time and effort you put in to making this! I especially enjoyed the balance segment at 19:09 - the penta-balance was one of my most anticipated tricks from the trailer, and to see you hold it for so long is incredible. I regularly show people your quad balance on Instagram when they ask about balance, and now I'll have a new version to show them! :D Thank you Ameron, I'll be coming back to rewatch this video many times.
