Hi and welcome to my channel! Like many others I discovered the great sport of pickleball and it has such a positive impact on my life. I consider myself an intermediate/3.5 level pickleball player. I do not have prior experience in racquet/paddle sports i.e. tennis, ping pong, badminton. My main sports background is basketball and I also spend a lot of time weight training and cardio.
The saying "Pickleball is easy to learn, but hard to master" is very true. I started this channel to document my journey to becoming a 4.0 level player in both singles and doubles. My content will include recreational games, tourney games, drilling/training, lessons, and much more!

I'm just going to throw this out there: we are very lucky in our area to have so many great people to play with. JJ, Sam, and Mark are great teammates/opponents as well as so many others. What a great place to play pickleball.

it happens man, generally if it’s too close I give my opponent benefit of the doubt unless I’m confident it was out. Good luck to you and your PB journey

@@AidenFletcher18 Ya no excuse from my end. I called what I saw from the time of the play. Fortunately, it didn't make a difference in the end. I would have felt awful if that call made a difference in outcome of the game.

Sam and Jingwei are so fun and frustrating to play against. They just get to everything! No ball you hit at them is a guaranteed winner.
Where you been Andrew!? I think me and you would be an good matchup against them. Hope to see you soon sometimes outdoor at umly!
@@EricPickleball Definitely! During the school year it is hard for me to get out before 6 or 7 at night. Come the summer I will try and find you more and we can back to some epic games.

Eric, Thanks for posting! Really enjoyed the games.We should figure out a way to play at Bounce or Downingtown now that we can’t really play outside.
Yep, it seems like no-one is really playing outdoor at UMLY anymore. I just joined Downingtown yesterday! I'll probably be there most days after 5. Morning to afternoonish on weekends.

Agreed Sam! I knew this would be a fun competitive matchup. Playing against left handed players is always a challenge for me, so I like playing against players like Vicki.
Sam is absolutely one of my favorite players to play with and against. You know it will be a fun game with him around.
