Yes, but this only exposes it per flush whereas the tabs you would just drop it in and it's just continuously dissolving. When you flush the water goes through this tube going through the tablet and filling the tank, but once it's filled it's not soaking in the tablet. So it lasts longer as well

Honestly I'm not really sure what the brush thingy purposes, could be to season the wood, the wood is pretty awesome though. The distilled water is definitely needed. Hey if you get it, make sure you use my link ;-), and paint the inside any color you wish lol

It's a great book, we try to do the habit resets often in my house, getting the kids to create that habit is a little harder lol

You are correct! The instructions actually say to only use distilled water.

@@ReviewRadar1322 yeah I was so confused when I got my first one.So I went to one of my local cigar shops and they showed me everything on how to season it and then what use with it and also a humidifier pack. Now I have 3 and also some plastic Tupperware.
