WOW, feeling how it all began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.

This is a fascinating documentary that shows so many! I see little Johan try to establish his rank in the herd and how every piggy demonstrates his/her unique defending technique! Viola has a great sense of 'humor'--she only shows her teeth but does not chatter them. Viola uses her power of cuteness to defend her peaceful style! Laika pokes Mango and makes Mango believe it is just an accident! Man, Laika is deep! Nibble seems a little wet (?). She asserts her place very well! She finds a hiddy to shield her, and she fights back modestly, to begin with! Johan is ambitious- he circulates widely everywhere on neutral ground and challenges almost every pig- except for Laika! Laika is Johan's best friend! Mango is definitely a good fighter! I guess Johan targets Mango for a good reason--maybe Mango is the current leader of the herd? The butting and chasing are like in a piggy action movie! Piggies can freely become who they are because they are very happy! Thank you for making this video! I can watch it again and again!

After watching your video again, I just saw that it's Knapre and Johan who are washing themselves 😅. This is very positive because Knapre shows that she is more relaxed than before. Knapre is already less aggressive than at the very beginning, and I find Mango, who is nevertheless the Boss (in addition to being the queen of the haystack 😅) rather zen. The girls even wash themselves next to Johan, which shows that they feel confident. Johan is an adorable little guy and he has a very good character. This little Johan is very intelligent and approaches girls in a non-aggressive way. Even if it sometimes seems a bit brusque, I can assure you that in my group it was and sometimes is worse.
