Just say "I haven't passed yet." Don't take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in "Yet", you are telling yourself that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are still fixed on your goal.

I failed 4 times, i lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope

Nclex exam won't be a problem if you work with someone like Amelia....she's God sent, she saved me form talking the test for the 6th time

Polydipsia is a sign of hyperglycemia. The body is trying to compensate by ridding the excess sugar. Due to increased peeing, the client consumes more water (polydipsia). Because the sugars aren't getting into the cells, the client eats (polyphagia). So, for hypoglycemia, you are in the flight/fight response as if you saw a bear or lion come into your room---palpitations, nervousness/shakiness, palpitations, hunger, headache, coma, seizure, and death are signs of low blood sugars.

It's important to get to the root of the issue. It's not to say blood sugars won't be done, but what's more than likely going on with the client. What picture are the symptoms giving you? Often, when we get to the root, the rest of the symptoms are manageable and will subside

​@@TimikaSChambers i know that the reason of the blood culture option is because of the rash and fever. but here is the trick, how ling does take to check the blood sugar level? and how long does it take to obtain blood culture. we all know that unconsciousness can br cause by severe hypogly so, for me, it does not hurt the patient if we check it first BEFORE obtaining blood culture, since performing blood sugar checks can be done within a minute or so, while blood culture checks would take like hours????? if you choose blood culture first then, it could be assumed that you will have to wait for the blood culture results first, before obtaining the other tests [right]? while if you chose option A [blood sugar check] it wont matter much if it is followed by blood culture, since the time time it takes to check for the blood sugar literally takes a minute or even less. and it doesnt also cause any other harm to the patient.

Yes. I hear you regarding the blood sugars. But, according to the symptoms, what is likely going on is the question. In the reported symptoms, we don't see that the person reported tachy, anxious, feeling hungry etc. for hypo, or the 3 p's for hyperglycemia. I know the question doesn't have it in it but if you had enough blood to do one test, which would it be that would give us a better clue of what's going on with the person? Thanks for comment!
