      1) For deflection, you have to check that how much deflection is permissible in your application. 2)The results from the SolidWorks might not be fully accurate as the software has its own limitations. Yes, the mesh size/type matters a lot and for detailed analysis you can go with Ansys. Mesh convergence Study is required to be done for more accurate results.

      Hello Krishna, the safety margin value is to take care for the impacts that occur. during normal transportation. If high acceleration, deceleration or impact forces are encountered during motion, a further margin of safety should be considered.
