To test a MOSFET transistor with a digital multimeter, follow these steps: 1. Set the Multimeter: Turn your multimeter to the diode testing mode. 2. Identify the Pins: MOSFETs have three pins-Gate (G), Drain (D), and Source (S). Check the datasheet for your specific MOSFET (like IRFZ44N or IRF5210) to identify these pins. 3. Test Gate-Source: Place the positive (red) probe on the Gate and the negative (black) probe on the Source. The reading should show as open or infinity (no continuity). 4. Test Drain-Source: Place the positive probe on the Drain and the negative probe on the Source. This should also show open or no continuity. 5. Activate the MOSFET: Briefly touch the positive probe to the Gate and then move it back to the Drain. Now, with the negative probe still on the Source, the MOSFET should conduct, and you will see a reading on the multimeter. 6. Discharge the Gate: Touch the Gate and Source together with the probes to discharge the MOSFET and test it again. It should no longer conduct. Bro can I use same color and same size ceramic smd capacitor . Actually Mera bike abs ecu water damage ho gaya iska board diagram nahia hm be pura all smd check Diya no short-circuit but one dark brown color ceramic smd on ecu board it's damaged one point . So I couldn't calculate the value of the smd capacitor . Than what will do to replace . Please help bro . This smd capacitor on board no value no marks are mentioned . After I searched on Google it can any side ceramic capacitors
