NPC Map Location, in the mod settings activate mini map.
How did you get the pathway to extend past the loading zone on the farm exits?
You can search it up on SVE wiki fandom, there are secret called cosmetics.

1:24 seems like the right area of your farm is bigger, for me it is limited by fence, how can you expand it?
It was unlockable later on, I believe after you finished community center, build ginger island resort and clear the boulder to summit Lewis will come to offers you to buy land I don't remember how much gold was it and I'm unsure whether you have to finished all the grandpa's shed quest first or just three quest up above.

You have to finished the grandpa's shed first, you can get to grandpa's shed through the path along side the river next to thick forrest. Once the grandpa's shed finished you have to go inside the shed, then at a later day robin will come to the farm.
