      Hi Debora, we've used our sarcomere length algorithm to measure contractility in skeletal fibers. It's a little trickier than cardiomyocytes because they tend to twist when isolated, but it's definitely do-able and has been published many times in the past.     What do you see if you plot pixel intensity against pixel correlation? Is one preferable to the other for quantification of kinetics?

    Thank you for that tutorial. That makes me more prone to understand the underlying efforts of the pyhsiological studies about AF pathogenesis.
