That roof is in great shape.

Not a single thing this guy shows is a reason to rip off all these shingles and put down a new roof. Fixing everything this guy showed would cost like 150 bucks.

I'd say at least 4 to 6 more years for that roof.

Its ok to do some small courtesy sealing of exposed fasteners but sometimes the homeowner doesn't appreciate that and forgets about it and calls another contractor to replace the roof.

That roof looks great compared to some I’ve seen and have lasted another 10 + years.

This kind a roof is not quality. I have house at Europe made 1980 and that roof is still on the house,no leak no nothing,no any repair for 42 years. Roof quality at America did on purpose with bad quality so people need few times at life change a roof. Everuthing is business in America, no quality.

The roof doesn’t look bad. It should be good for another 10 years.

Tha roof has a decade of usable life. He's nit-picking small imperfections that could be fixed with caulking.
