For such a young group they already experienced so much challenges and hardships, and they only seem to get better from it, and they never stop evolving, they dont just settle with just sounding like the usual kpop group...Newjeans is a group that will be legendary and one of a kind when all is said and done, im talking about outside of KPop too. Newjeans is something special. Theyre also a group who actually got their own sound, which is very rare for musicians...especially in an industry like kpop.

Chisa has wide range vocals. Juria is on the high side. I like juria’s voice better 😀

Judging by supernatural being a 2 parter im guessing its another deep lore video. Yep its New Jack Swing :) Based on a theory another poster made and my own observations heres what i think is going on. I'll try not to be too long. But before i go on a long winded one in a nutshell.. Hyein doesnt exist as a physical form but a supernatural entity.. now lets go on lol ..... NewJeans Minji, Dani, Hanni, Haerin and the 'guy' could be paranormal weather/phenomena investigators... they get out of a strange weather looking van at the start. None of those Members Interact with Hyein aka the bunny throughout the whole video.. it seems only the guy sees her. Minji comes to get the guy in a sort of lets go motion but it seems she doesnt see or realise Hyein is there. Even when they are dancing the Bunny shows up and dissapears again continuously. The bunny reminds me of Frank the Rabbit (a supernatural being) from Donnie Darko.. in that film only Donnie could see frank the rabbit... much like it seems only the guy can see Hyein in this... the lyrics suggest it might be about a 'supernatural' relationship. The dancing scenes also flip from 80s looking to current modern times with them wearing current clothing holding smartphones 8:14. Donnie Darko was also about time travel. Theres a scene if you pause quickly where Hyein is sitting to left of the screen looking ghostly holding an alien toy 11:01. theres more but i dont want to be too long winded and annoying to anyone too much till we see part 2 :P

CHISA was the one who took my breath away from the start. She was the one who drew me into XG. Shooting Star pre chorus i was like dang whos that. Then Left Right was the one that sealed the deal.

Juria's falsetto is really somethin'. Breathy, clear and buttery

That's what XG is, with the rap line you get fiery rap. With the vocal line you get soulful vocal. With the dance , well....🔥🔥🔥

Chisa has a clear tone in her voice and an incredible range from low to high. Juria has a natural vibrato in her voice, which makes it sound full of emotion. Hinata has a buttery tone, and although her range isn't quite her sisters, she has expanded it with more confidence and strength. Dear Name (Juria's 3) is originally by IU, who has a very sweet voice, great control and range, and is considered Korea's little sister, she is Korea's number 1 female Soloist for over a decade, and also a huge Kdrama star, but she came from very humble beginnings and gives a lot to Charity. She also has her own YT channel called Palette, which she has Kpop and Kdrama guests. Chisa sang Rock with You, a Michael Jackson Classic from the 1980s from his break out album Off the Wall. Hinata sang Ride and Bad, both Korean songs, as she is half Korean. Juria's remix in Vox 5 was a blend of several versions of a song by Sting, by fellow Brit Craig David, and started with the version by Japanese star Hikaru Utada. Scrubs is of course a classic from TLC. Losing You #6 was originally done just 1-2 years ago by UK RnB trio Flo, who performed at Coachella earlier this year, who gave a thumbs up to XG's cover of it, and because of that cover, got about 50k to 100k more views on their UA-cam rendition of it, but their live version of it is there best, imo. If you have good audio headphones, you can really hear on XG's cover of it, the tremendous background harmonies and adlibs throughout the song. XG has no equal in talent and versatility by any other girl group today, and perhaps in the last 50 years of music. Sing, Rap, Dance and Charm all at the highest levels. Unprecedented! And in 3 languages.

Japan should declare these three girls a national,treasure ❤❤❤ and the rest of the World should just thank their parents for this gift 😊

Hinata is mostly incharge with the ad-libs in their songs and most of the time her style of singing is usually described as "laid-back" because of simple and relaxed presentation.

Without a doubt the worst reaction I have seen yet. This girl pauses so much it is EXCESSIVE. And the thing is she does it right in the middle of a verse or right as they start the drop which means the build up is blown and she just screwed herself from hearing it like it was intended. Look I realize she is excited ,so was I , But the stopping and starting really made this almost unwatchable for me. She seems like a sweet girl and I don't mean to sound like a hater but really, Do I lie? This was totally unwatchable for me....PASS

@5:30 Interesting. My first introduction to XG was The First Take Shooting Star, and the Juria vocals was what captivated me, especially near the end when she sings "XG going all the way" and "Looking so lavish" . The First Take Winter Without You Chisa's vocals were also amazing but that was after I was already hooked on them. @28:25 Hinata's voice is so slept on. It makes me sad because she doesn't have as much confidence in her English. @32:32 yeah when I first started listen to XG Juria was my bias but that shifted towards Maya later on. Chisa's Rock With You is my favorite of the XGLEE. Favorite part of Losing You is, yet again, you get to see Hinata's true protentional. edit: I would love you to listen to (G)I-DLE especially Polaroid, one of my favorite songs by them. Unfortunately not a music video but still an amazing song.

Hi(He)-na-t(th)a I believe, based on how she says it when they do introductions. Chisa and Juria are so good we sometimes forget how Amazing Hinata is too. Her vocals are very unique and she really is a special member of the group. She doesn't get to shine as much as the other members, in the group projects as a sub vocalist, but make no mistake it wouldn't be XG without her. Like she really just adds that complete piece.
