Good job bro I was there too! I was supposed to start at wave A but the Marta was late and so I had to start in wave C. I wanted to break 40 but ended up running 41 minutes but it's my first 10k so I am happy with it!
Thank you. Congrats bro! That second half of the course was tough! Excited for you to break 40 in the future
@@TeamGeason Yeah bro it was harder than I thought! thank you!

People won't take vaccines anymore but bogus health shots, sure!
You can get b12, and sure it helps when your already b12 deficient, but adding more b12 to a normal person with normal levels of vitamin b12 won't do anything if nothing at all
Im surprised men jumped on this trend.
Shit goes hard
Preciate it bro!
That boy a monster !!!!!!
Trying to be like you bro

Look at you?! You’re doing it ! I’ll never be a hater. I’m so proud, just know that. There’s always love for you doing you.
2023 was my second NYC Marathon and I can't wait to do another. Looks like you had a good race! Best of luck on your next one.
Congrats! Goodluck on your next and thank you!
💯🎶🤘🥳
Don’t swing your hands in front of you. Hands and elbows should go straight forward(hand) and straight back(elbow). Your shoulder is a pivot point. Keep your shoulders square to your hips, don’t move your shoulders back and forth with your arms. How you move your arms is how your legs will move. Move your arms fast and your legs move fast move your arms slow your legs will move slow. 2 best things I have found to work on is your breath and stride. Breath right and your chest will never cramp. I ran for 5 years in middle and high school and there is a lot to learn about running properly.
Thanks for the advice!
Yea man for sure! Just keep running!
This so tuff🔥🔥🔥
I appreciate it bro!
Congrats on a beautiful race and finisher's medal! You are right in this video on all points: "No need for headphones." - I learned that personally at the NYC-Half last March! Which is to your second point - the energy during both NYC races is off the charts! If you let it in, it can lift you in the race, no doubt; I was a spectator at the marathon a couple of weeks ago, there for two of my buds who actually had the cajones to give it a go - I think that I was more emotional than they were, just by watching the runners and the crowd interactions. While there, I was (and still am) struck by a burning question to myself: Why wasn't I on the same side of the barriers as my two friends? I can't come up with a good reason, other than what you pointed out in your last text: "Stop Hesitating". I will stop, and I will be on the right side of the course in the near future. Thanks for this video, and for some really good insight.
I appreciate you taking time out your day to watch and comment! It was an awesome race and I’m excited for the time when you run this race. It’s special. I’m glad I was able to relay a message to you because you inspired me to keep documenting. Thank you, it means a lot.
I’m already signed up for the United Airlines Half, but I’m also considering this one!
Congrats on that! RBC Brooklyn was dope! I thought about doing the United airlines but going to nyc to run 3 times in a year was a lot!
Congrats! How effective were the sleeves?
They help me a little and they’re more of a comfort thing for me, I run with them majority of my runs. Towards the end I didn’t have them up cause I put biofreeze on and never bothered.
Team Geason for life! Happy to see your continued accomplishments. Never stop moving forward! Onto the next!
Myke! I appreciate it man, thank you!
Ill be checking your out lil brother all love and ITS STILL COWBOYS NATION SON 😂😂😂
Lol you know it’s fly eagles fly
Inspiration is what this gives me. 51 yrs old and I’m training now for a 10 k in January. March, half marathon. Then nyc for the marathon! Thanx keep it coming!!
I appreciate it man! Goodluck in training, it’s worth it!!
I sat next to on a plane running in the race!! Good work!!!!
Who.....? Cares?
1) Texas has beaches 2) Florida sucks. Moved here in 1994 from New York City. Missed it every single day & you can't make enough money to leave. Its a trap. But you do you. I hate the heat & the beach. SNOW FOREVER!
I’m born and raised in Florida and it’s fr the best congratulations!
