I just do all the workyself, comes out better than what I gwt quoted and save a bunch of money...
Where to place pipes and electrical conduits. It's not about installing it, that's easy. It's about the access to it when something fails. Nothing lasts forever and if you plan ahead that if something goes wrong, you will have easy access or if you don't then you end up tearing up half the house to fix the problem.
Most of the time I've encountered critical failures in a fancy place they have actually found the builder who puts sheetrock on the other side of fine stone.
More to clean, no thanks.
