i know it’s been a couple years but i wanted to say thank you! i’m working on a polymer clay sculpture of a character with a gradient on it and the half empty brush tip is so helpful!! i was so worried but this saved me! thank you!

This is just lovely - watching this is so relaxing and I think I feel the courage to pick up my brushes once again, thank you so much. Last year I broke my fear of having a go at painting by going to an art class. It isn't practical work-wise now but this is an amazing alternative. Thank you for the time and care you put into your brilliant tutorials.

This is so precious. I wish it had been a step-by-step tutorial I could’ve followed.

You also get more pigment on rougher paper. Paper with a high grain or Pastelmat is brilliant.

I never thought of using an alcohol marker. That's brilliant. I struggle with carbon paper and outlining in graphite because the greasy grey pencil does not fit with any butterfly and always causes issues with blending.

Do you let the water dry or settle a bit before you apply paint?
