Unfortunately the machine died 3 days later, they have since refused to answer any of my emails with regards to fixing or replacing the machine, I have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks and nothing. It always amazed me that they were making games with hard drives in them at that time. I've seen someone pull the old drive out and replace it with a flash drive big enough to hold the program. I'd strongly recommend doing that if you're fortunate enough to have one of these cabs.

I remember Bowler City (in Hackensack, New Jersey) used to have a Candy Man claw machine but back in early 2023 after the new arcade at that bowling alley opened... the Candy Man claw machine was no longer there.
