Hi there. Thanks for the comment! So yes this 8x8 matrix can take any connected source and display it on any connected display in any combination...one to one, one to many, or many to many. It does not allow you to create a 2x2 video wall as you described. For this feature you would need to add a 2x2 video wall controller to the end of one of the outputs. If you add a 2x2 video wall controller you will connect your HDMI from one output of the matrix into the input of the video wall controller then connect 4 display via HDMI to the outputs of the video wall controller.
