This is the only spot that I can currently think of that would use this new trick I found effectively - basically what you want to do is have any weapon/ throwable item equipped and have a melee weapon in your inventory close to being destroyed (in this video I duplicate a molotov with the bat that has 1 bar left). Highlight the item you want to drop and then hit an enemy with the melee weapon....

2 tricks in one: Spawn manipulation (Kill only one infected runner and do not kill anything else until you make it to the back of the area where you'll be met with either 2 or 3 runners) and a new trick I discovered by accident - kill every infected in the area (6 infected excluding the 7th/final one) but leave the last one alive - place a nail bomb at its feet.
