Zhongli x Lumine Deja Vu Animatic | GENSHIN IMPACT
Hi! This is my first time uploading to youtube and I decided to post here my first animatic commission for Zhongli x Lumine based on Olivia Rodrigo's "Deja Vu". After almost three months of working on this project, I could finally share my first video on the internet. Although I dont plan on uploading consistently after this video due to college right around the corner, Im still open to the idea of publishing my other works here in the near future.
Funny story about this video is that this commission helped me to somewhat whale my way through Zhongli's banner until he eventually came home to me lmaooo. So in exchange for my very own CEO of GEO, I had to power through this animatic for weeks hahaha

And so he was ready to begin a new love ❤️❤️ I have to admit I didn't pay attention to the story of this at first because of the beauty of your art distracted me 🥺 Edit: I think the more times I watch this animatic the more I fall in love with it and its story. Also I listened to the actual song after this, when it's here it feels so much shorter (in a good way 💛 and it feels gentler here too)

Wow, I seriously fell in love with your art and animation <3 So beautiful <3 It almost looks like the sequel of Zhongli's storyline <3 You really made me love Zhonglumi even more <3 I really don't understand why most people in the genshin impact fandom throw hate at this pairing, some say its because they don't want Zhongli to find love again after Guizhong's passing, others say that he and childe have more chemistry (from which I really don't see them have it, not being a homophobic here), most would say he is an old man in a young man's body and would think shipping him with Lumine is... well... pedophilia. They really have to remember that Lumine (and Aether) are not children, they are pretty much "young" adults (I would say, somewhere between 18 and early 20s) People with short heights don't mean that they're children, I've seen people who are in their early 20s are quite short in height for their age. As for Zhongli moving on and finding love again... why not? They are some zhongli stans here who got annoyed at seeing their beloved geo daddy being paired up with Lumine, and riot on saying "He will never betray Guizhong, and will never love another" I think Zhongli deserves to feel love and be happy again after being lonely for so many centuries after her death. I believe Guizhong wanted Morax to find love again and be happy with the person who loves him deeper than she did. You may throw hate and spiteful comments at me and this wonderful artist, but we never give up on what we ship and love <3 Sincerely, A Zhongli Main Player <3
