Disney does have fantastic French areas, the France pavilion in EPCOT is beautiful. But you’re right, I think the new Harry Potter area will be the best French themed area ever!

@@Global_Thrills agreed, bit annoyed all the people from the hotel were allowed in early (coz we saw some walking around the park and I’m assuming that they were all queueing outside of gold rush( so we couldn’t have even got the first ride))

Yeah that was a bit frustrating! If I had know I would’ve gone round to the other entrance seeing as they were all in the queue way before us!

To be fair 30 mins and then an hour queue isn’t bad for opening day but glad you can make use of the easy access pass :)

Yeah there were some 40/45 minute queues throughout the day but we did a good job of avoiding big queues and getting on rides just as they reopened! :)

This was when the crane was in SAW’s ride area so it wasn’t open :/

Swarm island is the best themed area for sure, I love it. It would be great to see some other rides added, the do have space beyond the coasters final turn!

You may have the right idea in this case 😅 though I did love the atmosphere on opening day, it’s definitely better to wait to avoid disappointment

@@Global_Thrills We are looking at booking 3 x extra legroom seats. We have two 6ft 2 adults, I guess a fair amount of leg room? Nobody shows the leg room for the extra leg room seats, but got a glimpse of your seats and hoped it was big enough for us. Have just subscribed. Thanks for the reply. I will ask a couple of pals to subscribe to.

I’m 6ft myself and Ryan is 6’3 which is why we got the extra leg room seats. On this plane they were definitely worth it, lots of extra space, plus we got the extra seat as it was a quiet flight. Thanks a million for subscribing and extra thanks for making your mates aware of my channel!

It really is! Every element is out of this world. A portaloo might’ve been a good idea but they managed it well with the stopping point at the toilet block. The other queues were smaller than I thought! I managed to walk in to stealth with no queue in the afternoon!

@@Global_Thrills we didn’t get to that for 4 hours though, I think that’s too long they need one sooner than that I jumped the rails for a loo break and to get some supplies at around 3 hours then my son went so we kept our place, it was technically not allowed but the guy with the tats and shades was pretty lenient about that which was cool

Yeah that is too long, they gold vest staff were helping people out and to the loo in the bit round Colossus but we were stuck right in the middle and couldn’t get to them!

Thank you! I don’t know how much difference there will be next season with the trim, if it does make any difference it’s only about 5 seconds from the trim to the final brakes :)

Yes but I feel heavy trims can take so much away from the ride. Especially with an under 1m ride like this. Big one had an awful trim before retrack. It really removed the experience from the end tbh. Hopefully they work on the trim x

Ahh okay got ya. I would say it’s still worth a ride in its current state. The two airtime hills after the trim are both really good. The trim is necessary because it’s a short ride and it’s still travelling so fast! The ride would obviously be better with no trim and a longer layout but I’m still appreciative of how amazing the ride is as it stands now!
