Hello we are here to show how beautiful the state of Arizona is from the metro phoenix to surrounding cities like Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley and all the way to other places like Flagstaff to Sadona. We will be exploring the parks and neighborhoods showing the homes throughout all these places. Subscribe to see what Arizona has to offer.
Is this a better option for the Phoenix Metro high home prices? Lennars Next Gen suite
This particular community is in Goodyear, Az near Goodyear Ballpark. Starting price is around 500k. Main home is a 3 bed 2 bath and the inner apartment is 1 bed 1 bath with kitchen and laundry. There is a few downsides to this particular home being it's in a HOA community with rental restrictions. Let me know down below your thoughts on the property.

Like, drug addicts don’t exist in phoenix or elsewhere.
I love Verrado as well, but spending all that money on a house (beginning of vid)and you don’t have a garage you gotta park on the street na I’m good I’ll stick to Chandler. Great video though!
Yeah, definitely a lot of money, but most if not all homes in verrado have garages. The homes in the beginning all have rear garages accessed from an alley in the back of the home, which to me is another thing that makes the verrado unique from other communities around the valley. Thanks for tuning in!!
Very nice and spacious mother-in-law Suite
Yeah it a decent spot. We was digging it!
I remember when Tucson used to be a well kept secret, it was so cheap and affordable. A lot of Tucson natives are frustrated with a lot of changes happening here, it’s starting to have less and less of that hometown feel.
If you actually pay attention to the native desert, in both the Tucson area and the PHX region, respectively, there is no comparison because of the difference in elevation that you point out. Its thicker, its greener. The grass you speak of in PHX, was inserted there by man buddy.

Tucson, AZ is cheaper to live. But once you get old, you may have to move to somewhere else. If the electricity suddenly dies during the summer, you will definitely die in the heat!
Never order chocolates or candles online during the summer.
Are you kidding me. You will get the UPS deliver you a combo box of candies - they all stick together!
This look like where I live
I live in vail arizona ❤❤❤

bro im in a pickle...if u had to start over and had low income..knowing what u know bout AZ..where would u try to live to start picking up the pieces and getting back on track?..I have no children w me,but safety is of the upmost importance, but i know w low income every place is gone be ruff..Im from NYC so I know ruff lol ...any info or thoughts would be appreciated..Thanks in advance
Sure bro, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. You have 2 main options, either the phoenix metro area or Tucson. I can really only speak on these two places since I've lived in both places. Tucson has a lower barrier of entry compared to phx. But the problem with Tucson is its an acquired taste type of city, in my opinion. Most people either love it or hate it. We personally could not see ourselves living in Tucson long term, so we moved to Phoenix. Maybe do a lot of research about Tucson and decide if it could be your cup of tea. Now, for about $200 more a month for rent give or take you can jump right into the phx Metropolitan area. I would look into a studio or 1 bedroom in Tempe. I just did a quick search and found some as low a $900-1000. So far, We have lived in North phoenix, Mesa/Tempe, South phoenix, and currently live in the goodyear area, and I would say the safest of them is probably Goodyear. Now, because Goodyear is a little ways out from the hub of phoenix, it's somewhat more affordable. The lowest priced rental I could find was around $1300 in the goodyear area. Now if it was me I would probably avoid Tucson and move to either the Goodyear or Tempe area because you will definitely have more job opportunity in the Phx metro over Tucson. I hope this helps and good luck on your venture. Let me know if you have any more questions

My family lived in Maryvale in the 70s
Tucson has has shitty roads. Pot hole and bad pavement. Your car better have a good cooling system and battery in At if you want to see grass in Tucson go golfing. Summers suck in Az if you don’t have a good Air conditioner. I spent my childhood Summertimes swimming every day . Check out the Sonoran Desert Museum.
Pot holes are everywhere in Tucson. Debris are on the roads here and trash is everywhere often. It is different than California. Officers don’t pick up debris. I’ve seen they go around and took off! People don’t care for their society. They treat the place as on the other side of the border!
Aw man, I've been in AZ since it was the "good ol days" (Circa 2007-2010) & boy how things have changed, and not for the better! Much of that is attributed to the type and amount of people that have moved here since 2016ish. Sadly, due to the price of housing, lack of consistent things to do, mid-late spring/summer heat, & increase in drug/drunken/homeless pop., & the decline of good/clean/consistent public transportation... metro PHX is no longer worth it. -- If you want "safe/semi-affordable" you have to travel out a ways for housing and work like, far east Gilbert/AJ, far north like north Scottsdale/PV, or far south like Chandler/San Tan/Maricopa & all of those places are like literal middle of nowhere in terms of things to do besides shop or go to local bars to drink... Funny enough, Denver is actually at the top of my list to explore next... Phoenix is not the move anymore. I used to be so comfortable here and i genuinely loved it, but the climate is becoming unbearable, as is the growing population of dangerous druggies/homeless, the AZ government has no idea how to control & nor do they care to... OOP -- Don't let me get started on the fact that 85% of the state of Arizona CANNOT drive AT ALL + the terrible dating outlook, but i think that's more of a nationwide issue tbh lol 😂
I agree with your perspective of the phoenix metro, well, mostly. Here is my take on denver since I spent most of my life living there. And my comparison of denver to Phoenix. The pros of denver are that it's a great city with a beautiful downtown with urban surroundings. Summers' weather in Denver is mostly good. Here is where denver lacks in comparison to Phoenix. Denver has a lot more crime than Phoenix. Both cities have a large amount of homelessness that walk the streets, but in Denver, you will also find a large gang member presence that walks the streets. And gangs of all backgrounds, white, Asian, black, Mexican. It's got kinda a mini LA gang culture. Both cities have gotten so expensive, but you will find the cost of living is higher in Denver when it comes to housing and denver is far more overcrowded because the city is not as spread out as Phoenix. Making taffic a nightmare almost all day. I have a relative that just moved back to denver from Phoenix one of the main reasons being the hot summer and she tells me Phoenix is a much better city then denver she just couldn't do the hot summers anymore. Honestly, I could go on and on about both cities on why or why not I would live there. That's just my short thoughts and opinion on the subject, but I will say if you can, live in a place that makes you the happiest. Good luck on all your future endeavors🙂
They better hire a TON of security when they open. Rough area. Lots of Riff Raff.
I definitely have a different perception of the area. I sit there flying my expensive drone and have never felt like someone was gonna mug me, or have I felt unsafe. I mean, it's not Beverly Hills, but it definitely isn't a ruff area, in my opinion. And I've been all around the valley, and there are definitely places I wouldn't hang out flying my drone this is not one of those places
Love this park!!
I fought a drug dealer in Maryvale named mako near 75th and Indian school. he is a bitch
I live in Denver and have considered Tucson to move to. I’ve been to Phoenix in the summer months multiple times and the heat is no joke during the daytime. I also monitor the weather pretty much every day and Phoenix has over 4 months of the year that is consistently over 100 degrees. When you compare that with Colorado cold it’s only unbearably cold for maybe 30-40 days total in the year. It doesn’t stay cold for more than a few days. A normal winter day here is 45-55 and sunny. I think I’ll take the intermittent cold for 4 months over the 5 months of pretty much unbearable heat in AZ.
I'm the Foreman that's build all this....
That's awesome. We appreciate all you guys hard work!
Yeah this isn’t Litchfield park lol
Why do you think that?
YES .. REAL DEAL VIDEO 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 PLEASE DO SOME FOOD VIDEOS BROTHER ( in your area ) 😆
Yes, this one is a little different than our normal stuff. Lol. Yeah, we have actually recorded a couple of food videos I just never edit them to put out. The last one we did was a spot called Heymaker in goodyear. I'll probably look at the clips this week and see if I got something good enough to edit and put out
To be blunt: I used to wake up occasionally with severe gas pain. If that happens to you, whether in the day or night, you're dehydrated. Never happens to me anymore as I drink a lot more water.
Thanks for the info
Talking like you might eventually move on or am I Just assuming😢
Hey Cheryl, We have considered other places to live and have found for us right now, Arizona offers the best value out of the top places we would live. We have mostly great weather except summer. The scenery is awesome, its our speed. People are mostly cool. Now outside the negatives, we definitely feel the positives outweigh the negatives for us. But if we become multi millionairs, we would probably find ourselves by the beach in san diego, lol
My son and I are still considering coming that way@@arizonalifestyle79

Yes definitely. It's has become an expensive place to live and we keep growing and growing!
Wow thx😮
I know it's starting to come together. No prob!
I've been in Tucson for 75 years. Came here in 1948 at 4 years old. I would not trade it for Denver or Phoenix.
Is it slow enough to paddle back up to where you launched?! Or do you need a car at top and bottom
Yes, it's slow enough for sure. This is a lake, and the only thing that can move you in one direction or the other is the direction the wind is blowing. Now if you visit the salt River you and start up steam you will need a ride back up but if you go in at the bottom you can somewhat chill a little
Good video I'm still rocking with yall
