Yes I have received some “sartorial comments” and sadly they were all from my mother and started right from the age where I began wearing what I wanted and not what she had decreed. And by what I wanted I mean that I still had to choose from the clothes she was providing for me as I wasn’t yet old enough to have a job and buy my own clothes. Hence I am now 57 and watching channels like yours to try and find out do I even have a style? After a lifetime of trying to blend in I don’t even know where to start. PS I have just found your channel after you were mentioned in a video by The Stylish Maker’s channel.

I have a wine colored long sleeved pullover that I’ll grab out of the back of the closet. Also I do have a pair of “big cat” print slip-on mules that I didn’t wear at all last year…gonna pull those out as well. Thank you for keeping us cute and stylish!!

Love this! Easing into fall takes work

This fall I am going little wild with color combos with burgundy. I will be pairing my burgundy cords with burnt orange or red. Love fall colors. I am lamenting there is no teal in the stores I shop. I want to pair any teal I have with moss. I love colors!

For fall and anytime, actually I want to really get into plaid or checkered pieces. I splurged on a giant buffalo check print wool shacket last year I cannot wait to wear it. Really digging plaid, A LOT . (Do you call it checkered ??)I want it all over my house , too. Pillow covers, blankets,.....

If I were to wear double denim, it most likely would be different colors I have a light denim shirt that I would wear with my faded black jeans or with my maroon denim jeans possibly would wear my white denim jacket with any color jean bottom my medium/light denim jacket I would do the same Not as much drawn to the blue on blue unless they both were darks tones much like your outfit So many rules 😂😂🤣that could be broken but that's where I am at the moment with the denim pieces I have currently

I think it is all about the excitement we had getting new clothes for a new school year when we were kids. I love the colors, but fall always means new clothes for me for a new year!

I love knee length linen dresses in the hot summer. They are easy to wear and can be dressed up or down.

NC girl here. Yes yes yes to a neutral cardigan. We have to be prepared for inside and outside temps in all seasons. I always carry a flowy knit black jacket which is easy to pack and can turn jeans into evening wear.

My “uniform” is jeans, tshirt and sandals. My goal is to make it look intentional and not just thrown together.
