1:05:44, This interaction is particularly interesting since Vax's silence simply gives Keyleth the room to make a choice (though he does kind of put Marisha on the spot, the others kind of contributing to it by hiding) on wether she wants a relationship with him or not, to express herself the way he has to her. She could have completely declined and it seems he would have put the situation to bed then and there, even if he felt bad things didn't go the way he hoped. 2:09:27, 2:17:01, 2:27:56, It's also interesting that Keyleth doesn't afford him the same patience when she acts hesitant, which speaks to Keyleth at times being seen as hypocritical and prideful by fans. 2:06:34, In retrospect, Keyleth having this cynical perspective on deities, thinking of her group being the ones employing their services instead of the other way around, reflects the sentiments being thrown around in this latest campaign, wether or not the pantheons of Exandria deserve to be saved if they demonstrate only caring about civility, peace and virtue until their order is threatened. On one hand, it comes off as the arrogance of a brash, immature mortal taught that the transcendental power of nature her people were raised with made them their own deities that need not answer to anything or anyone, and on the other is a legitimate concern that if the worst comes, the pantheons would be perfectly willing to not save anything in favor of amputation and starting over.

I'm finally about 4/5ths into this video but I just wanted to say- I've only seen the 2 current seasons of TLOVM but I've never watched a lot of the actual campaign until this video. I seriously can't handle the serotonin & depression this relationship gives me (I'm not gonna watch until the end of this video to avoid seeing everything since I've unfortunately heard vague ending spoilers). But I REALLLY hope the show incorporates as many of these moments as possible bc I'm absolutely obsessed with them :') Thanks for this awesome supercut!

3:27:37 not only is this one of my absolute favorite vaxleth moments but the fact that he’s cutting her hair with a FUCKING VESTIGE??? really adds to it and does it for me. something something vax shows his care and love with styling hair and the fact that’s he’s doing it with something divine, saying he’s got faith in her, they all do, he’s practically calling her divine and it just fucks me up

As much as people love Campaign 2's characters and as much as I want a happy ending for Vaxleth, I don't think any moment will ever come close to the emotions of campaign 1's ending. Ending Campaign 1 with "And everyday that raven comes to visit" is art, the perfect line to conclude this chapter of their story. Spoilers for Campaign 3: There is a lot I can say, but I'll keep it simple. Ludinus' plan banked on the love Vax and Keyleth share, and that their love transcends death itself, that is beautiful. Keyleth has never stopped trying to get Vax back, and the Raven that comes to visit being missing in C3E68 cause Vax is imprisoned is heartbreaking. I hope 30 years in universe later, that they are allowed to get their happy ending. With how much time has passed I don't think it'll undercut the emotional impact Campaign 1 had. We'll know if its going to happen if we get a VM one shot in the near future, because if it were to happen, Matt would 100% let Liam and Marisha act it out. Granted that could happen without a one shot.

When Eva removes the stake from Jasper, the way that Alex embodies the pain and relief of the stake being removed is so creepy and animalistic but AMAZING!! I can't get over it. Seriously one of my top moments from this game.

I have watched this entire video way too many times. Its just so easy to watch and these characters are just wonderful. I found these guys through the amazon show and I can't wait to see this romance progress in the show.

Did they ever figure out the Strauss vision in-game? Cause I had a thought that it could have meant Eva returning to Straus like Persephone to Hades (in the original myth it was unhappily) also signifying the beginning of winter and when things properly started to go sideways in game.

Would romance be in CR if Liam didn't push through everyone's insecurity about it? I don't know.

Even after all this time, I still can't help laughing at Matt playing Don't You Forget About Me. I think the Breakfast Club had crossed a few people's minds given Marisha's resemblance to Molly, but I never thought Matt would just straight up hang a lampshade on it!

This is the first time a UA-cam video made me cry……

Love the subtle roller coaster of emotions in the scene leading up to their first kiss. Their entire relationship is the perfect definition of a slow burn.
