This combination is often referred to as having a "disorganized" or "fearful-avoidant" attachment style. People with this attachment style may experience conflicting desires: they crave closeness and intimacy but also fear it and tend to push others away. This can lead to a push-pull dynamic in relationships, where the person alternates between seeking and rejecting emotional closeness
You're right about everything you said. It's not easy. I know because i have a relationship with one, and i'm the anxious one lol. Communication is key, and even so it's not easy xD
