@@RochelleNewman1 😅 It become a lot less frequent when I stopped the perimeter twists. In fact, since living abroad (in S.Korea atm) my hair has been so unpredictable, old products/routines that use to work, no longer do, these days I really struggle with flaking. Idk if its dandruff or what but after a few days I see the first flakes and then after 2 or 3 weeks when I take my braids or twists down under my wig I have insane amount of flaking all over

@@umeinui Yeahh you’ve got a really sensitive scalp like a lot of us so just be careful with how tight the braids are that you have. Are there any trichologist (scalp/hair expert) that you might be able to find there? It would be good to get advise from them, low manipulation styles, a good shampoo and condition and moisture.

Yes you can wear a wig cap on top of these cornrow styles. I use this moisturiser Sweet Sage from my brand newshell.co.uk/products/sweet-sage. We ship internationally but the only other brand I can recommend is As I Am double cream butter asiameurope.co.uk/collections/classic/products/double-butter-cream. You need something that is water based to penetrate the hair strands. Remember hydrate (water), penetrate (water based moisturiser) then protect (pure butter or oil). You would do the leave out and sews in exactly the same but use the canerow and gap method. Stitch a little bit of the weave onto the canerow but not too tight, and you can still have a leave out at the top. I’ll try to do record an updated video but I’ll need to get some weave 😂 x

If you cornrow the hair down too tight it will cause even more hair loss. You need to have a style that allows the hair stands to move freely, this will enhance more growth.

Not any that I have tried myself that I can recommend and I’ve tried a few. There is one shampoo that has helped my friends children’s cradle cap that you might be able to try. Would you like me to recommend it? Also you can try children’s shampoos as they are less harsh on the scalp x
