Flea market find 2 weeks ago. One of the legs is snapped but I mostly sit these down anyways. Finding this got me back into collecting these again.

eBay purchase. Unboxed it on my lunch break and it somewhat died in shipping the leg snapped and it didn't move after the 4th activation but miraculously came back to life after I came back home from work, asked for a refund and I basically got it for free 😅

I am absolutely sick of the capitals goal horn being inaccurate, I know it's not entirely ea's fault as the horn cannot be recorded in a empty arena at the moment. I just wish they could use this recording for a few years until they can record it because at least its something. Its not perfect but the nhl 25 one is so horrendous. I think they just took buffalo's horn and lowered the pitch which is absolutely stupid, reminds me what they did in nhl 16 where they used nashville's horn for the caps 🤦‍♂️

I don't know anything on when it was published but I can tell you this song is written by Terry Silverlight. You can find the info in music repertoires like ASCAP. (And I'm certain it refers to the same song because Nikki and Terry were oftentimes in the same circle of songwriters.) P.S. The Skyhawks was established by sorcerers owner Barren Kelly just in case both the Savannah Sorcerers and Savannah Jr Sorcerers ever were to both fold or relocate (in 2010 there were rumors of the Sorcerers relocating due to low attendance for 4 seasons) however the Skyhawks only lasted two seasons before folding after the 2012-13 season. They only played at Savannah Civic Center for the 2011-12 season then the following season they played at Tiger Arena at Savannah State University. The Skyhawks only lasted two seasons due to lack of popularity (the city rallied around the Sorcerers a bit more than the Skyhawks) and due to attendance issues and financial struggles, the team folded after the 2012-13 season. The city of Savannah would ultimately end up keeping the Sorcerers.
