I messured myself on a brand new Parsun F20AEFI 2024 (short) now: Transomheight is 44cm from mount to cavitation plate. On the homepage parsun tells it is 38.1cm😂... So everybody with a longer boattransom can be happy🎉

@@RyanRamos-n4l It's the older sticker (2022 model sticker design) They sell them with 5 years warranty here in norway, about 1400 dollars less than a Yamaha 9.9 that are ECU (5100rpm) restricted, as this one has original a 15hp ECU (5750 rpm)

@@elmotlk Its adjusted perfect for this boat. The swells from the passing tugboat made it smash aswell as the wind forcing the bow upwards. The transom is carefully adjusted to give the best performance to this boat, but the engine is very heavy at 50 kg, its a monster for beein a 15 hp motor

This engine runs on Non ethanol fuel. 98 octane. And for each run, i turn off fuel line and running engine emty for fuel so it is reliable start every time i use it.

Hei. Denne var en Zhenhua Ape, tatt inn 25 stk 50cc og 25 stk 125cc engang rundt 2009. Merket var Beckmann Motor. Disse er kina produserte, men produsert av Zhenhua. Merket er bedre enn skyteam og de aldre billigmerkene da de bruker ekte patenter de kjøper opp istedet for å kopiere uten lisens. Denne fikk jeg tak i av en kar i Drøbak som skulle selge. Men jeg hadde for mange mopeder, og denne ble til overs etter en tid.. Solgt til en kar i Oslo, som klarte å vrake den fullstendig etter noen dager etter han kjøpte den.. Trist utfall :(

Inside the engine case.. It's just there to collect scrap metal finding.. No need of cleaning.

It was shaking alot and it was truely a very low quality copy of a yamaha.. The propeller shaft broke in half after the factory mounted Brass and Stainless steel together and it coroded the shaft while engine was stored inside in a warm building.. Piece of shit :p

I just seen this because thinking of buying yamahisi , good that you wrote how bad engine served you.

Newer 1s are better. They've made improvements. I have a 6 & 20 hp yamabisi. You need to mechanically inclined to own these. Clean after every use & be observant. I also own 6 & 20 hp tohatsu engines that work flawlessly. But the yamabisi are 1/3 the price & do perform similar.

Hei. Hvis ikke du har samme type plugg, er det en tappeplugg på andre siden av motoren du kan tappe fra. Denne står horisontalt på siden fra nedre motorblokk. Noen av disse motorene har ikke oljefilter.

I used hand power to tighten it. The O-ring do spring a little so it was not at tight as it may look like. Never stipped one bolt on 20-30 gy6 engines i have had :-)

Yes. GY6 engines is four stroke.

Avarage consumption is about 7.1 litre / 100 km. But at highway speed 100 km/h for about 300 kilometers the avarage consumption is 4.3 litre / 100 km. :)

No. I had to take off two engine mounts off that is held together with the sump. No need for alignment of the timing. About 28 10mm bolts... 😂

Yep thats right:) Lifted the right lower engine mount, and front lower mount too. Then the oil pan. :-)

@@scootersanders6313how was the crankshaft journals, did they require polishing?

@@S40-k1n No, they was totaly fine. No scratches. The cyl 3 bearings was turned 90 degrees and the rod forced the crank to make noise but no damage tho.. I was lucky 😁

@@scootersanders6313 I may do the same. Took a walk around video of when I bought it. I just recently bought T5 alloy wheels and the egg box grill from xc70 model. The grill suits it more then the all chrome one I replaced, as my car is white. So may do another video of 6 months of owner ship. I will keep an eye out for your part 3 👍🏻

Det er magnet feste og skruer til permanent montering bak magnetene. Anbefaler å skru de fast, pga svake magneter. :-)
