My friend the procedure is very simple remove The ECU from behind the glove compartment remove it and read the EEprom security and write key via dump after generating a 4C vvdi superchip You have to do the procedure through the programmer menu not write key via dump or ship to me

Set top dead center first and then mark the belt and the camshaft when you remove the bracket of the camshaft everything will fall out so easily, you can after that remove the tensioner replace it put everything assembled in your hand then go back with your hand and line it up I will make another video

@@Autodoc91 what I mean is you can’t get your hand where the timing chain meets the crank shaft sprocket. You’d have to dangle it and hope it catches haha

Agreed but I've done so many times i just know how to do it without going down there I'll make another video to talk about how about mechanics tell the customers you need a new engine when this chain breaks which is not the case

@@Autodoc91 I mean if you chain breaks and you have an interference engine you’ll need a “new engine” meaning rebuild. But I gotcha, that’s interesting haha never thought to try to do that

@@944LS so far 7 Audis and VW with broken chain confirmed needing new engine by other shops fixed them under 1 hour for $20 Chain and tensioner trust me If the timing belt breaks then yes definitely need new engine But when chain breaks only intake camshaft is lose and rocks back and forth so it doesn't bend the valves unless you keep trying to crank it on a broken chain for too long then eventually it'll catch and bend but 70% of the time just slap chain it'll fix/straighten it self out 🔥

Yeah, they have the most awful journal bearings, and even one heat-soaking from a single track session can make one turn your 2.0t into a 2.0tdi.

I have a little key in my fob, but a few weeks ago a lady I work with her fob batteries died, her car is older and her fob doesn't have a key. I took my batteries out and put them in hers so she could unlock her doors, and then she gave me back my batteries. @@WESSAMGO

There's nothing you can do to fix it it has to be replaced read eeprom and write onto brand new one from dealership
