所有前線車輛出動便可以叫做全局出動了，他在description英文也有寫前線車輛
好誤導人嘅標題, 只去一般嘅四紅就話全局出動, 可能拍片果個唔知仲有喉車, 大泡車同第一截擊車...😂

Why is it rare for two appliances to turn out?
It's not about the quantity, but about the appliance. The Hose Layers are in the support fleet and only turn out to specific types of incidents.
