I think a lot of these changes are good. I don't think 120's needed any buffs and I think they should make 6's connection based (there's not enough players to have skill based QP without major lag/connection issues.

This patch has some good things but is awful imo. Aiming to bring more primaries up to the level of rose/elsie's/iggy is insane. Those guns all have too much range and ease of use and it makes primary duels less interesting and gameplay more passive.

Welp if explosive payload can't three tap anymore I've got a 5/5 rose with slide eots just waiting to replace it, thank bungo for high ground nerf, a high ground bygones made certain areas of maps inaccessible to you unless you had abilities or an equal or better ttk or a coordinated team (which i didn't because I normally play solo)

I mean the sandbox stuff is cool. 120s doing what they should is nice but pvp is so close to dead that sandbox stuff isn’t gonna do anything. Need some actual pvp content to get some interest back. No ones leaving bo6 or other games for sandbox changes.

Truthfully I feel like the sandbox update is missing a lot to bring pvp into a more healthy spot. This patch feels more like a band aid. Don’t get me wrong these changes that are coming are nice, just lacking. I think high impact pulses need an rpm change so that their optimal TTK is somewhere around .80-.87, if it seems to difficult for even high skill players to get two bursts then change the damage profile enough so that 5c1b kills even 10 Resil players. Also increase the amount of fragments aspects give on their original subclasses. Makes no sense why lightning surge gives +3 on prismatic but only +2 on arc. Knockout should not be making diamond lances inside pvp so getting rid of that interaction would be massive for crucible. Nerf lightning surge’s tracking or range, if it was only on arc it wouldn’t be an issue but given prismatic gets 3 it feels slightly out of band imo and I main that shit.

Game 2 I have to know what build that solar hunter was using Touch of Malice with no hesitation? and seems he was spamming radiant dodge so some kind of benevolence build.

I’m a 140/120 HC enjoyer so I’m over all pretty happy (I hate dealing with max resistance players though so it will help in that aspect)but we will see. Iggy will remain the top dog until Bungie makes a better 120. Now I’ll can bring out my round robin/crimals/something new and not feel like I’m at a disadvantage. I think Pi will still be good just not as necessary

If you go 45 KD in trials or ranks you are a cheater. There's just no way. The most I've got is 5 KD with 30 kills and that was just because I was matched with blueberries. Usually only get 1.5 to 2 with good balance games.

Ngl I'm so tired of seeing "did Bungie just save pvp" from every content creator whenever they come out with an update. Bungie hasn't been capable of making a good pvp experience since Halo Reach and that wasn't even as good as H3. No hate to Thrower or anyone else. I do enjoy watching the vids. This game is what it is. I don't think it'll ever be as good as most pvp mains would like. This game truly has the potential to be something special but I just don't think the dev team is capable of delivering. I hope I'm wrong.
