@@hamaribaateinwithfari Losing 15kg in 2 month isn't realistic and healthy. 0.5kg to 1kg per week is considered a healthy weight loss. If u lose ur weight fast there is more likely it will come back and u might lose ur muscle mass. So my recommendation for u is keep this weight loss journey at least a year with proper mindset and patience. It will take a lot of patience. I know u can do this, just hv patience and don't give up. Lose weight for urself and ur body. U don't owe us or utube anything but ur body needs ur support. So plz keep this process a slow process
@@Next-Level-Life01Absolutely true. Perfect weight loss is 0.5 kg / week. This is slow & steady weight loss with proper diet, so it will not bounce back. We have put on so much weight in so many yrs, we shouldn't expect to reduce in quickly by crash diet. Moreover consistency with balanced food is must with no frequent cheat meals to get proper results.
@@nirupmagupta2737 Yes understanding fundamentals of weight loss is very important or we get stuck in YOYO stage in which weight goes then comes back. So It's better to go for long term lifestyle changes rather than crash diets which r also harmful for Body and hormones. As being woman, our hormones play a very important role in day to day life and It's also important to consider keeping the hormones in balanced and achieve our weight loss goal simultaneously.

Never ever compare your weight loss journey with others. Some people claim to lose 0.5 - 1.0 kg in a day. That's water loss. Secondly one, who is more than 100 - 120 kg, tend to lose fast weight initially due to water weight. As one start losing weight, then BMR reduces along with calorie requirement & with the same diet weight loss becomes very slow or becomes stagnant. At this moment you need to give a shock to the body by having cheat meals for a day or two. Stuck weight will now definitely decrease after some initial increment.
Yes u r right. We should understand our body first before trying to lose weight. As everyone has different body weight loss journey also varies
Done I will follow this for sure. Cheat meal really helps I was following people who lost 2 3 kgs in a week but now I understand it is because they are more than 100 kgs and it’s easy to lose weight in start and when you are very overweight But now I will not follow any numbers and I will just continue my journey

You're a brave girl & fighter. My advice is don't set a target for yourself. Our body doesn't behave in a way, we think and that's the reason of transient depression. Hey! I just wanted to share with u something which might help u in some way dealing with depression. U can start with decluttering ur room or Wardrobe or decorating ur space. Organizing our Surroundings also helps in organizing our minds 😇

@@hamaribaateinwithfari people noticing some changes can be a positive sign, we don't notice changes in ourselves cuz we see ourselves in mirror everyday but if someone who see u sometimes notices some change it is more likely that there is actually some change

We set impossible goal for ourselves & when it is not fulfilled, we get depressed. We must know physiology of weight loss. We moderately active females need nearly 1500 calories/ day. Deficit of 900 cal / day will lose 100 gm/ day. So we must count our calories intake. If we expect to lose 100 g / day ie 3 kn in a month then we must track & count calories consumed. Ate we taking 600 calories/ day to lose 100 gm body wt/ day. That's nearly impossible for long term. We should focus on slow & steady wt loss rather than quick weight loss which will bounce back at double rate. No on can survive in healthy way with calories less than 1000 / day. We should target a calorie deficit of 500 / day inly. This deficit can be increased to 1000 cal / day burning nearly 500 calories/ day mby doing exercise. My advice is to continue journey with slow & steady pace, focus on healthy eating & counting calories consumed. It better to take weight daily. Don't update it for viewers but you get to know response of your body to type of food consumed. Good luck to achieve expected weight loss in a healthy way 👍👍👍
Thank you Nirupma this is really helpful and totally makes sense. You are right I can’t lose weight every week but yes slow and steady I will eventually lose weight. I will be travelling this week and this is going to be very tough but I will count calories to note down my calorie intake and will make sure I stay on track ❤
That's the attitude should be for everyone. One should always stick to perfect diet, which usually you take. Some cheat meals one must to satisfy cravings. Just continue your journey without giving much importance to weight, which will definitely decrease with constant efforts. My weight got stuck to 60 for nearly 1 & 1/2 months. Then ai got motivated by seeing journey of Dr. Sachan, who is continuing her journey with regular exercise schedule despite not much weight loss. Please watch her videos & get motivated

After achieving target weight, we tend to forget to measure weight intermittently That's the biggest mistake & we realise it after putting weight. 1 & 1/2 yrs back my weight was 52 kg. That's now my target weight. I will measure my weight daily just to follow the diet more strictly without cheat meals. All the best 👍
Thanks. You are right. My weight last year was 73. I reduced 10 kgs back then but yes that was my mistake I did not check weight again and put back 13 kgs almost in 7 8 months. Now I am at 85.40 Kgs and I want to reduce 15 kgs in 100 days

I too need motivation as I can't stick to perfect diet for long. That's why I'm stuck from 60. - 61 since 2 month due to multiple cheat meals.
