10 min Strengthening Pregnancy Yoga
Hey Mama,
Sarah and Maggie will show you a simple sequence to practice if you have only 10 minutes in a day to strengthen your body during pregnancy. Since they are more strengthening than stretching or traditional/hatha yoga, you can also just add them to any existing yoga practice you have.

    As a 35 year practitioner of yoga, and teacher for about 15, can I just say that you are a beautiful teacher! Your energy is lovely and grounded, your presentation non judgmental and focused on the goal of the asana rather than perfect poses.       @@maggiejamesyogasafaris you are most welcome, but you seem to have me confused without someone else. We never met, and I don't know what Yoga Haven is, or where it is. I have had a home based practice for most of my life, so I recall the few studios I have been to quite well. Another Madeleine, perhaps?
