What are the numbers under each theme / strength? Trying to figure out the percentage in each category.
Hi Sarah, the percentages are shown on top in terms of the domains and includes how many people have strengths in a particular domain. You will then see there is a consolidation line that shows how many people in this team have a particular strength. And then, for each particular strength per person is a number - this refers to the intensity - in other words if it is a 4, then that strength comes up 4th in terms of dominance for that person. Probably not much upside, trying do percentages of dominance, because in this case, they are all dominant. Hope this helps.
