Or perhaps... A briefcase with money shall spawn on the map? Survivors can escape with it and get extra blood points in exchange of always being visible when they carry it? (It should be an extra ability, not the main one.)

Fear Generation Triggers: Weapon-Specific Attacks: Each weapon has its own secondary attack or special ability that generates fear in different ways. Vault and pallet drop speeds are reduced by 5%. Survivors repairing a generator or healing gain a Heartbeat Illusion, hearing a louder and faster terror radius regardless of the killer's distance. 75% Fear (Terrified) Injured survivors begin leaving a faint blood trail even if fully healed, mimicking paranoia. Aiming down a weapon (rifle or bolt gun) at a survivor within 16 meters forces them into a short stagger animation, interrupting vaults, pallet drops, or interactions. A survivor working on a generator alone hears sporadic whispers, increasing their anxiety and making skill checks harder to hit. 100% Fear (Panic) Disoriented Movement: Survivors periodically stagger while sprinting, slowing their speed by 15% for 2 seconds every 10 seconds. Revealed State: Survivors automatically scream and reveal their aura for 5 seconds upon reaching max Fear. Survivors become Exposed for 12 seconds.
