Many many large turtles
Переглядів 31913 років тому
Unless these turtles were really hungry as soon as you would enter into the water they would shy away from you. I worked in my father's turtle pond , in and out the water , for many years and never got bit. Only when we tried to transfer them from one pond to the other did they ever bite and this was after a huricane.

Alligator Snapping turtles or other types of snapping turtles are a lot more dangerous than the slider turtles

Special place in hell for people like u
I followex yalls advice mow mt hand hurts like f@ck
terrible habitat for them
having caught a lot of painteds and sliders i can agree to this. i would say almost every slider starts trying to bite you right away, painted turtles some do but most just hide or try to get away if you start poking them in the leg or annoying them they will bite you but yeah always found sliders to be more pissed off all the time
Agreed
The water is too nasty, thats why all of them have their heads above water,
Inhumane
Not cool
were do u live i want to catch them and. give them a bigger place
Did he want you to throw it?
Awesome I should go there
Wow worst turtle breeder. Please stop right now and give up your turtles. Cruel fuck.
This is fucked. You sick fuck.
Painted turtles are usually very tame. Some are a bit shy like the Southern Painted but most are very energetic and friendly. :)
I have 2 eastern painted turtles, and i've had them ever since they were about the size of a penny, both males. the older, bigger one (about 2 yrs old) will bite if you have your hand near him and he doesn't like being picked up. the other one is a few months old and he will never bite and he loves being picked up! so it really just matters on the turtle itself, but generally eastern painted turtles are supposed to not be aggressive. a few just are like mine is, but they make great pets!
killerbydayornight, I could say the same about your family reunion you sick fuck.
good morning to you to,seems youre a really good judge of carector, i guess you like turtles, hey theres a park not far from here you should stop by and ill take you down there so you could pet the alligators.. have a nice day.
killerbydayornight where do you live?
killerbydayornight nice spelling lmao guess you never heard of a dictionary lol
A wild wartortle appeared, trainer used hand.
They need more space and air it's not that hard to get a bigger container!! Maybe a re tank would be nice
Why so many turtles?? And they need air!!!
add the koi in the pond........
My god...that is a lot of turtles! :O
where?
id swim in there and bring my turtle jeffery lol
Mty turtle is very small I got at the mall
seems like forever
Not really, but you will have to buy online if you want newborns and shipping can get expensive.
Well whatever just make sure you know what you are getting into, the equipment can set you back a couple hundred and also it is illegal to buy or have baby turtles under 4 inches unless you hatch them your self for your self and don't sell them. But anyways good luck if you do decide to get turtles and sorry about that other crap i acted like a douche.
Is it my fault that you are not a turtle person?
i never did your the one mad here, and whats with insulting turtles now i thought you "loved" them
did i tech my turtle trick? what kind of bullshit question is that? you say you im a pity but i know how you really feel i know inside you know i am more intelligent then you and you are just getting angry about that lol
You call me ignorant yet ask stupid questions about the supposed animals you "love" LMFAO.
OMG dude really? Now i just think your a troll. RES stand for red eared slider, and for you i recommend a dog, turtles aren't for you.
Bullshit all turtles grow HUGE if its so small its becuase your cousin is not providing proper care and stunting its growth which is really bad.Even if its not big, turtles live for a long ass time and can easily outlive their owners a RES can get the size of a dinner plate easy. I beg you dont take advice from anyone who has not cared or kept a turtle live and healthy for at least 20 years ive cared for my RES turtle for 15 years but have also taken care of other turtles piratically all my life
pedro marin wrong, ever heard of a musk turtle? They only grow up to 6 inches
well a simple google search for turtle care, specifically red eared sliders should do it make sure you know what you are getting into before buying a turtle because they will grow A LOT.
Are you for real dude? I beg you, to stay away from turtles if you have to ask these questions. But yes i raised it since birth one off the offspring from my fathers turtles that he has had for at least 50 years and no lessons i just handled it gently and fed it daily, after time turtles bond with you when you feed them.
well umm, mine 15 year old res isn't aggressive at all because he has been raised in captivity his whole entire life and is used to humans, a wild one on the other hand will be aggressive to anything that comes near it because it wont be used to interaction with other animals. Think of it like dogs raised in homes vs. abandoned wild dogs.
no not really much softer bite but it also depends how they are raised
Painted Turtles do not bite? I know Red Ear Sliders bite. I had a Chinese Reeves turtle, they were really nice and dont bite.
cause they have a red ear stripe and slide into the water
Hey bro don't grab them by there legs THAT'S A BIG NO NO
Do not hold turtles by the leg please lol i have put so many comments but that can rip it out of their sockets because of their heavy shell!!!! Do u know how to handle a turtle not to be rude but it seems like you have no clue and said ''hey a turtle lets look at it even though i have no clue wht im doing'' :/ Sorry...!
Oh and also the slider only snapped t you because ur hand came in front of its face to fast. Just like birds do so he/she robably thought our hand was a bird. and you were holding it wrong. your supposed to hold the sides of the shell not the bottom because it is uncomfrotable...Painted probably didnt care but thet both are nice turltes... for future refrence please hold it right!
Um not to be rude or anything... But actually the sliders are the more nicer ones. I have a slider and hes never tried to bite me. My painted does not really like hands coming at him. But please don't get mad im just trying to say that actually the slides are nicer.
