CHEST OPENER YOGA: 15-minute practice to improve posture and relieve tightness
This 15-minute flow will take you through moves that will help open your chest muscles. This chest and heart-opening practice is great for anyone that wants to improve their posture or has soreness/tightness in their neck, shoulders, or upper back.
Many of us are hunched over a computer or our phones for hours at a time. The result of this can be chest and shoulders that cave forward. This flow will help open up those muscles, improve posture, alleviate tightness, and even help you breathe easier.
This practice is great for all levels. While no props are needed, two yoga blocks or a blanket can be used.

Thank you for making yoga doable! The pups and I feel stretched and stronger after every video, even the 5 min sessions. Any future yoga for stretching the upper back/neck and lower back would be great since we are working from home and on the computer all day!
