In Guide to the Dragon World, there is a letter from a queen’s sister or an ex-queen or something to the new queen, basically saying “What in Tartarus are you DOING, you’re requiring sun time which will make us lazy and you’re recalling all our warriors and assassins and diplomats and stuff what the heck-“ And so that queen basically turned the whole tribe into what it is now in the Dragonets’ time. I think it is possible that whirlpool can have rings on his talons as seawings can perice their webbings (I think, but in the graphic novels, I dont think he has rings, I'll have to check) but if he were to peice his webbing, it would have to be clip on rings, or he has to destroy his webbing lol

Wings of fire fun fact, sea wings can have either fork tongues, or non-forked tongues when they’re forked, that means that they had ancestors of an ice wing, because if you didn’t know ice wing blood runs in the seawing royal family
