They could sure use something like this to help fight the line fire in San Bernardino
Wouldn't it be easier just to take water from the Pacific Ocean?
Salute! An honest work solemnly saving life and nature
Turning sprinklers on and off is not something you should be doing while you are flying a helicopter

The largest firefighting helicopter in the world is the mi 26
what they should look into now is a moble type watering station that can grab the water from nearby streams
Tell the government to stop shooting lasers at their own people to acquire land for redevelopment.
What a beauty
When good people accomplish fantastic thing, the good that will outlasts most humans. That is the way the world should be. Thank you to all who made this possible and serve as inspiration to others.🎉
nice
A friend of is Captain on that Chinook
it's 6 - 9 bravo. not 69 bravo.
Maybe they should move?
LEFTIST ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES . . . are the Root Cause!
Outstanding!!!! L.A. County Flight Ops. Hooah!!!
cool, water tank helicopter
A superb facility. I believe that it has been further improved upon, since this video was made.
Whoever had the foresight to propose this superb facility, are geniuses.
I know!, More of everything! Fuel, power, man hours to work on such. But bigger is not always better. Ch-94?! Sounded good to me anyway
Why not build a Ch-94? Twice is nice
훌륭한 활용법입니다 평소엔 여객용과 수송용으로 사용하다 산불이 발생하면 소방용으로 사용하는 치누크 헬리콥터
Many do not like the black hawk. time before next overhaul is a problem.
What's wrong with the hawk?
@@mikeserot1410 TBO's are never good. Some T700 are known after less then 100 hrs need a full overhaul.

A covid mask in a fucking helicopter? Why would you even air that? At some point the world is going to forget about these fucking masks and why people wore them.
New south Wales Australia have recently got a chinook. She flies over everyday lately training. She is beautiful.
Pumpkins. that's cute. as an aviation term that usually refers to a commercial pilot timing out. Where the pilots can no longer serve as useful crewmembers any more, as they passed the point of legally dispatching a flight, hence they are now as "good as pumpkins" for the purpose of air transportation.
Yeah huge thank you for your help and being someone who people could look up to this is refreshing to see
I can't look up to or respect anyone wearing a covid mask in a fucking helicopter.
Thanks helicopters
LoL. This is only for the rich.
Wow, that is what a highly developed firefighting infrastructure really looks like.
share some of the night footage fighting fires .
Ahhh my favorite bird thr iconic CH-47
Now this is my tax payer dollars doing good things. 👍
A amazin inovation in fire control
well done!
Bravo 6...Going Bark!
wait that's privately owned by some random dude? ..that's awesome...
In British Columbia, we have these huge helicopters that drop a bucket of water the size of a kitchen sink. We could definitely use a few of those Chinooks!
Pity it costed so much for the upkeep of the Mars water bombers that they decided to put those out of service =(
@@ALexpWTFISTHAT That thing was a beast I would love to see that in action again.
You’re forgetting that Canada has the biggest fleet of Canadair water bombing fixed-wing aircraft.
@heli-crewhgs5285 and California rents a couple of them every year to help with wildfires!
If corrupt Gov. NewSCUM allowed brush clearing and control burns, California wouldn't be on fire ever-single-year!! If he wasn't busy letting hordes of violent felons out of prison and on to the streets, he'd have an unlimited supply of extremely cheap labor to clear brush and cut fire lines year round.
13 arsonist dislike this video. .
Impressive equipment! But tell me ... why does the US remain the country with so many (the most?) forest fires?
Fire this summer in Siberia is bigger than all other wild fires in the world combined.
The hippes har proper land management so a lot of dead undergrowth.
@@davem3789 Что скажешь про австралию? Или ты только в Сибири видишь.. :)
Probably because they are recorded with a lot of cameras both on the ground and from the air. It’s cheap spectacular images and therefore inexpensive news elsewhere. .
I thought it was australia
With all America has to put out a fire why for at least the last 5 years everything burning who can't put out a fire, something is wrong, who can't put out a fire. Who
