I cant imagine being on a liquid diet for 2 weeks and I know you were starving for something good, but I can’t imagine not feeling any stomach pain after eating frijoles con huevo y chorizo. You should have went with something light to eat.

I had my Nissen fundoplication surgery last year August 2023 and I had only 5 incisions. I underwent the surgery at max super speciality hospital patparganj Delhi India. I am feeling normal and good after 1yr of the successful surgery. Finally got rid off the ppi medicines ... Thanks to the doctors

I just had my hiatal hernia and GERD surgery and they just put one IV on my left arm and rest 5 holes in my abdomen. Stayed in hospital for 2 days for safe side and now back home it's been 1 week and everything is getting better day by day. Still on liquid diet. All the best.

I had a surgery on my gerd a few days ago. My doctor did it using the gerd x plan. The gerd x suture system is a device that is inserted through the mouth through an endoscope to treat the hiatus. No cut or anything is made in this procedure. It is completely done through endoscopy and is safe. Now I am seeing a lot of changes and the medicine will continue.

I had a Nilsen fundoplication and hiatus hernia surgery on July 11th, 2024. It took 90 minutes, and when I came around from the anaesthesia, all I had connected was a saline line and a heart monitor. Just 5 incisions, which are in the last stages and should be completely healed by week 5. I went home 4 hours after surgery. The worse pain was in my left shoulder, it lasted 10 days. I am on week 4 post-op. I can eat soft solids. mush potato, shepherds or cottage pie, lasagne, spaghetti, etc. After 28 years of taking 60mg a day, I am now free of PPI pills. I could not be happier. I hope everything went well for you. 😊

Total random question: They let you wear press on nails? In all my surgeries they told me no press on nails or nailpolish. I guess it's so they can look at your fingernails and see if you're oxygenated enough for something.

8:45 broke me little sis 😢 but the DR telling us everything went very well was a blessing. You’re beautiful inside and out 😍 you’re amazing for allowing your supporters in your personal life and showing everyone what to expect from a Hernia Repair Surgery. 🥲 i love you so much.
