IMO, it depends on your weight. For obese people, I’d recommend something with more cushion but for people in the healthy weight range, I’d say this is a good option. This shoe offers stability which should make it comfortable for all day wear.

@@StudyabroadWithAbhilasha I’d go one size higher if you have wide feet just as I did. I purchased another brand ultimately but if I had the budget for it, I’d buy a pair of these too just for jogging.
