Honestly, Godzilla as a skin in Fortnite is good enough for me lmao

My first thought was that he looked too human. He only looks weird from a front angle though; he looks fine from the side and back. I'm not sure if they were lazy or if it was just too hard to make this enormous monster look good when condensed to a human sized Fortnite skin.

I think what matters is that it atleast looks like evolved godzilla and you can tell it’s evolved Godzilla.

I'm in my 40s, been watching Godzilla since the 80s have the toys video games and love all the movies even the Mathew Brodrick Godzilla. And I think it looks fine!🤷‍♂️ Don't know what you want. This is fortnight and everyone is gonna hate anything fortnight, or complain about it.🤷‍♂️ But this Godzilla fan likes it. And To Ho is protective about Godzilla, Fortnite probably can't do the iconic roar. Maybe the emote will.🤷‍♂️

I'm an aboslutely massive godzilla fan and despite godzilla evolved being one of my least favorite godzilla designs I'm still very pumped he's in the game. I think everyone let down by this skin had their expectations too high and should be proud he's in this game to begin with. Comparing his build to a xenomorph and complaining about his roar being different is kind of ridiculous to me.

im ngl, i don't think you fully know how maticulous it is to shape legendary evolved goji into the perfect shape of a human to make him have an equal hitbox, i just cant agree with you complaining about this - I don't like the head tho, the head looks squashed tbh, they could've done a normal head with that but even then that's just me nitpicking it to shreds imo, it's fine

There is one good thing to come out of it though. It got you to upload a video. 😂 You make a lot of good points. There is no reason there should be red flags like the roar being off in the trailer. Him being the secret skin and having to wait all the way till Jan 17 is ridiculous. While I’m a bit more forgiving on the skin the fact is they didn’t knock it out of the park. Which is really unfortunate. They have been known to update skins so there’s a chance they make it better, but I’m not holding my breath. Overall I’m still looking forward to the Monsterverse stuff, but this took some wind out of the hype sails for sure.

It has the weakest visuals and soundtrack of the Monsterverse, the action isn’t as good as that of Godzilla vs Kong, and the story isn’t good enough to make up for it. It’s entertaining, but that’s about it. 5. Monarch: Legacy of Monsters 78% rating It’s pretty good! Some of the characters aren’t great but some are amazing, the one Godzilla fight we get is awesome, and I love how it tries to connect the rest of the Monsterverse together. 4. Godzilla 80% rating Incredible sense of scale and sound design. I really wish I could see this in IMAX again. 3. Godzilla vs Kong 80% rating Basically on the same level as Godzilla 2014, but I rank this one slightly higher because I think it has the best kaiju action ever. Story wise it’s the weakest of the Monsterverse, but that doesn’t really matter. 2. Kong: Skull Island 88% rating This movie rocks. Best story and characters out of the 5 movies, with excellent action. The best movie of the Monsterverse, but not my favorite. 1. Godzilla: King of the Monsters 100% rating My second favorite movie of all time. I know it’s not very well-written, but I don’t care. I’ve seen this more times than any other movie and I have a blast every time. I want another movie like this.
