Ive never used white birch for a campfire so I figured id test it out. It burns very quickly and tends to move around a lot (falling over) as you'll see in the video. The smoke is pleasant smelling and not off-putting but the coals arnt the best to cook on. I think id rather have an oak or hickory to cook on. Also it generates a ton of smoke once it's done. Not for all use cases, but it works! ...
