A lot of people don’t follow up with a moisturizing shampoo after a stripping shampoo. It does wonders to add some moisture back to your hair before you put anything thing else on it.

This stuff made my hair as dry as the desert.
Easiest solution is to buy the capsules. This way you avoid measuring and bitterness, and you can take it with whatever liquid you want. Also you forgot about the dreams. Taking MSM causes strange, vivid dreams.
Crystal form is the most pure, capsules and powder can have other additives. I do however still believe they work as well.
