I will gladly pay you for them! 5 or 6 well wrapped in wet paper towel and plastic. I can no longer get this from my usual source. The herbalist died and her children sold the property. I use this to help depression. The new owners are talking about cutting the trees down.

      Hello there, The person is right. Research botanical and Chinese holistic medicine as well. The Mimosa tree is used medically. It give a feeling of euphoria to many people. Others might just feel happy, and others might just not feel a thing. The mimosa drink is a favorite of a friend of mine.

      Don't dry them for tea. Use them fresh. It will give you a mildly stoned feeling. But, if it doesn't with fresh flowers, your body chemistry is immune.

      You can make a tea from the flowers and inner bark just the same as any other natural herb tea let it sit for a good 15 to 20 min before consuming I forget the measurements but it's one of those that has zero negative effects so it's not crucial but look it up there are plenty of videos on here I'm just learning about them

      I tried it an hour ago. I used 3 flowers in boiling 3 oz of water, strained, and it made me feel similar to a stoned feeling. But 3 is probably not enough. The inner bark is used for a longer lasting impact that is less potent.

    Its a tincture for those asking. Mix flowers and even small roots with everclear. Let sot for a few weeks and you'll get a purplish liquid. Make sure to mix or use only a few drops. Fun fact mimosa is also used in the making of DMT, a strong psychoactive drug.

    • @TheLordOfTheCats7
      @TheLordOfTheCats7 2 місяці тому

      not this species of mimosa! this species is albizia julibrissin and contains zero dmt, and as such will not get you high. this species has been used to treat depression instead! also, as an experienced tincture-maker I would suggest just 100 proof vodka, which is 50% water and 50% alcohol, this means it'll extract both water soluble and alcohol soluble compounds! 🥰

      Pick the mimosa flowers. Put only the flower portion into a jar. Put alcohol such as ever clear or vodka in it so that the flowers are just barely covered. Cover and let sit for 2-4 weeks. Strain. Use a dropper to apply 4-6 drops into a drink for health benefits. Mimosa is a mood booster used for thousands of years. Can also be made into a tea decoction. Enjoy!

      the recipe is enough flowers to fill a jar, and then pour 100 proof vodka over top. yes, dried flowers can be used although fresh are preferred! 100 proof vodka is best because it's 50% water and 50% which means it efficiently extracts all water and alcohol soluble compounds. also please know this isn't the species of mimosa that has psychoactive effects!
