Yes.
Definitely one of the best. RDR2 is also up there. The story, characters and atmospheres definitely make the Witcher 3 and RDR2 stand above the rest.

My problem is the top wall on the side dont place
Try to do it slowly and you can do the motion of a circle when you build the 4 Walls, take your time and it will become automatically.
