How can Navitas show the original 150 amp Trombetta solenoid alongside there 600 amp controller? Unless being absolutely careful on speed and breaking that solenoid will fry in no time. It’s a very misleading Installation video.

I think the video is too bright can you darken it up some and make it harder to see

There are a lot of G 22's that are needing these controllers, and there are no video's for the Yamaha G22. I just had to wing it, along with tech support to get mine finished, I was also sent a bad controller I bought on ebay, luckily Navitas came through and replaced it. There are lots of video's for all the other brands, but that doesn't help the G 22 owners. I love my new controller, so smooth, also I have reverse now. :)

Why did you not hook up the yellow bullet connector for the ground which i assume is for the lights?

Installed the same controller on our 2019 RXV this weekend. Once complete, powered everything back up and got flash code 1-10. Found that I hadn’t installed the black lead from the resistor to the solenoid. After getting that installed, powered it back up and ran great. Took it for a drive, adjusted a few things, then parked it back in the garage. Later that evening, went to take it back out, and dead. Now I’m getting flash code 2-8. What could’ve happened?

Where can I find the F1 and F2 cables? I can’t figure out which ones are supposed to be plugged in here… help!

If only it were that easy. The holes in your mounting plate do not line up with the factory club car holes. And only one of the included bolts are the right size. The other three are not the same thread so you have to drill out the mounting plate and re-thread the holes for your bolts to work. I have made this complaint before on the phone to your company and obviously you guys don’t give a crap because it hasn’t been fixed

This video would be a lot more helpful if it had more details. How to remove the controller plate from the compartment, bolt sizes, which cables go to which terminals. All that business.

This video is so incomplete... when the kit recommends an upgraded solenoid, it would be helpful to be able to see the wiring going into that as well. Not being able to see the solenoid makes this difficult.

Which of those settings lets me limit inrush current? And, also control the curve minimizing time at higher currents. I want to minimize strain on a lifepo4 battery pack.

Do yourselves a favor an order from a different manufacturer. Instructions are vague. Customer support is horrendous. Bought $1700 dollar AC Conversion Kit and it came with incorrect mounting plate hardware. Called Navitas and was told to go find hardware that works and specifically that "I'm not going to ship screws halfway across the country". I am dumbfounded. Who would talk to anybody that way, let alone a paying customer?

Was excited to see what the battery positive hooked up to (solenoid) and if it needed a diode or not. Some places say the diode is not needed, my cart seems to say otherwise.

This is basically a worthless how to. When I purchased this 600a controller I was told I had to upgrade the solenoid. Which I purchased from you as well as a motor. I feel like there should be the info on the new 400a solenoid that replaces the factory because its a little different from the stock solenoid.

On my Android Navitas app, I don't see a Settings option. I only have Dashboard and Diagnostics. Where do I find Settings???
