Im mechanical engineering sir im looking a job sir so shere location and details sir 😊😊
Was an amazing experience hosting this event 😇
Good insights.
Wah Jayeshbhai...👏👏 Your views are notable to scale up tooling industries. The desirable and undesirable factors, capacity and capability assessment and need to have more customer base are the KEY points which I feel to be looked upon to have your Tool-room come up by facing the challenges, and aligning/focusing on the mega trends. All the participants shared valuable technical needs to scale up tooling industry and this discussions will be good learning for new comers/young engineers in the tool room/tooling field..👍👍 Thank you Organisers and the team participants !! 👏👏👏👏
Great message 🎉🎉🎉

Sir , very specific expectations laid out for tooling industry... 🙏
Congratulations!!!
Congratulations!!!
Excellent moderating.
No compromise on #competence, #quality and #delivery is the mantra that the #Indian #tooling #industry needs to adopt while keeping intact #trust and #transparency if it is to become the #toolmaker for the world. That was the most important #insight derived from this #engaging #paneldiscussion at TOOL AND GAUGE MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION - INDIA'S International Tooling Summit 2022. Thank you #Tagma and my wonderful fellow #panelists for this #exciting and #educative #experience! #its #toolmaking #toolingindustry #dies #moulds #manufacturing #makeinindia
Superb insights by Aashutosh Sir! Thx for bringing such wonderful content to us … 🙏
brother, Super.really interesting shots-see ya!-👍
sir I need tagma publication
kindly mail us at tagma.mumbai@tagmaindia.org
U just remembered that in my childhood y father baught me " Mechano " ! It is with metal parts and could make Cranes, Truck, Tractor ets. With that I entered to get traind Tool & Die Making. I am interested to help in whaever possible way. I worked as a Consultant for out sourced Press Tools, Moulds and PDC Dies etc. We can start with a low cost pilot projects. Designing is main concern and that with low cost dies ! We can develop manufacturers of dies. Toy materials are also playing vital functions. It is better to start with simple toys. Wooden toys can be a point to strart with.
Well started and now needs a boost to encourage new comers in Toy Industry and compete the world manufacturers !
Thanks for these insights. Interested in this, will try and contact soon. Thanks once again
Thank you for this Informative session
Indian commercial tool rooms are almost MSMES only . They have the constrains from all the quarters of the trade like: Skilled technicians, Equipment at a competent pricing, Raw material in Indian brand
8. M&M tooling localization is 60-70% whereas Hyundai hardly made any mould in India ( all imported) ; OEMs feel that the Indian toolrooms approach towards accuracy and tolerances is little casual 9. M&M import mostly lamp tooling i.e. molds 10. With each new Project there are some critical features and to meet such quality levels some OEMs take risk ( make in India) and others don't 11. Effect of EVs on tool makers : Only engine compartment related parts will reduced but in turn the battery related parts will come so no that much change or worry for toolmakers 12. How Indian toolmakers can gain export capability : A. Develop good relationship with OEMs and Tier I B. Spend lot on manpower trainings C. Have good infrastructure D. Be more conscious about Quality E. Focus on leadtimes F. Be a solution provider
Tejinder Singh: Keypoints from Tagma Webinar : 1. Tool makers should tie up with local level companies and start-ups as their current dependency is on import only 2. OEMs have simple expectations from tool makers i.e. Right tool, Right part and right cost 3. Tool making is more than 'Steel cutting'. Machine make, machine condition, tooling used everything matters for OEMs 4. Machining Skill, assembly skill and polishing skill also focussed 5. What is the 'attitude of tool maker' matters most for us i.e. Teams communicating to us, their management, designers etc. A good attitude team can make anything possible 6. Program management is another focus area, communication frequency and method also noticed by OEMs 7. What is special about a toolmaker i.e. Tool makers speciality always attract OEMs. Toolmaker must develop such things
Much awaitee video for me.... Thanks
उत्कृष्ट एवं ज्ञानवर्धक प्रस्तुति 👏👏👏👏
Excellent presentation 👍🏻👍🏻👌👌👌
