Technically Fairview not Petrolia...That's just up the street from me. Good town to grown up in. Lots of History from the Oil Boom days. Having cats and not knowing how to clean after cats are different lol. Lingering cat smell even after cleaning well means you aren’t using the right cleaners. you need ones with an enzyme in it specifically for cats. Use it for all absorbent surfaces including carpet, bed, and couch. They say that only goes for cat urine but I’ve had cats my entire life, I swear you do need it for general cat smell, and I’ve never had smell problems unless I got too lazy with cleaning lol.

Real Estate might be one of the most mentally challenging 😰 jobs out there. You got to be nice and aggressive at the same time. Your commission is the last one to paid out but the first one people look at. And you are only as good as your last deal. If you are a Realtor that has survived 2008 housing crisis and you are still doing it full time today, you have my respect! ✊
