    If you want to get rid of aphids and the stinging nettles : Soak the stinging nettles in water for like 2 weeks, take out the plants, and mix the nettle water with normal water ( 1:10) and spray it on the aphids, within a day all the aphids are gone, and the mixture feeds the plant!

    My advice is if your passion is to not just garden by yourself but to share it with others, instead of minimizing amount of videos or the amount of time it takes to make them, focus on same amount of effort with bigger heart impact. What I mean by that is what would your next 3 videos look like if that was the last chance you had to spend sharing your love of gardening with us? I think you would be surprised at how different the message would be. Instead of silly antics there might be more of a heart or soul way to film things, you might have an actual voice over over what this garden and your viewers mean to you and what about life you have come to find meaning in. Don't be hurt by people not responding to your message if you haven't given them the best heart and soul message yet. If you feel angry and hurt at the thought of your UA-cam channel dying, share it with us from a soul perspective not resentment. People always respond to the soul. That's what we are after all. I know we all need money but there is so much to understand and gain spirituality from this. It's not just the opportunity for money that is lost if it dies down. The other side of the coin is that if the channel did make a lot of money you would still have the higher struggle to share your soul but in a different way, in a way to choose soul over money.

    • @danabella6540
      @danabella6540 Місяць тому

      I think this is not about soil or spirituality it's about passion for gardenjng. The guy is inspiration. His style is unique. I actually copy his style of gardening like planting a lot because you never know what plant will be fruitful. He's hardworking and you can see the fruit of his labour. This nothing to do with spirituality and soul thing. He do his best and God do the rest.

    Wow❤ the variety of your flowers is incredible, absolutely amazing. Never mind if some trees die and some crops fail. Gardening is like this some others are fruiting massively. Where I live-Germany- we had cold weather after warm spring, all blossoms from the apple and pear trees froze, no fruits. Slugs were eating all the small veggies, but some survived anyway. Thank you! I love your garden. It is noon here and about 27C. Too warm to work outside too much so I have a bit of time to watch youtube, lol. Mine is much like yours and more overgrown than in years past. I'm thinking about digging most of the raspberries and tayberries out and placing them elsewhere. I like the place where they are but they are overgrown and it is time to start thinning. I'm thinking is setting the tayberries up as a upick, as they produce more than the raspberries. I see raspberry upicks in the area so why not tayberries. The black currants need to be worked on also. I took a horse paddock for my annual garden and extended my food forest into another paddock. I have so much space since giving up the boarders last year.

      @@sarahlindhartsen9412 Yes it’s a primrose variety. They make a yellow powdery pollen as well.

      @@_SunRa_ it's really pretty! I'll have to see if I can find something like it. I have several primula species and varieties and I'm hoping I might get some cool hybrid seedlings

      Thanks for the support ! ? think it was you that said “peppers don’t like competition” Now I always think of that phrase when I’m planting peppers hehe 😄 Although I did plant some melons pretty close to some peppers this year…

    Your channel is one of my favorites and I always watch them as soon a they come out - there are really no other channels like it! I hope you keep it going even if you spend less time on it. I've gotten a lot of good ideas here too. My gardens have been quite lagging down here in Gig Harbor, Washington - with maybe a similar trend of a slow to start spring and summer and then blazing heat. I haven't had to deal with contaminated manure though - I have chickens! Do you already have chickens or just getting a place ready for them?

      Wonderful really appreciate hearing that and thank you for taking the time to comment! Yeah seems like it’s getting harder to grow crops in general due to extreme weather fluctuations. We may have to move more crops to covered growing soon. I’m having trouble finding the right spot for chickens-more incentive now though to get animals after dealing with herbicide manure. Feels kinda crazy that I don’t have them yet-as I did grow up with 🐥&🐐 May the abundance be with you 😁!!
