I want to check the immunogenicity of the antibodies. In this case, should I use the average IC50 size as an indicator, or should I consider the one with the smallest IC50 to be highly immunogenic?

So where are the epitopes? Are they the result of MHC binding prediction?

Hey, i play around with neural networks with evolving topology and I'm thinking about converting one to the NeuroML format. However, the networks are lacking spatial information completely. What options do I have to use one of the existing tools to create a "live" 3D visualization? This should include automatically generating some reasonable 3D topology (e.g., by analyzing the closest neighbors or something) and secondly, monitoring the node/connection values during simulation. Is any of this possible? If so, could you give me some links to the products/tools/tutorials i'd have to check out? Thx!

Hi. How many neurons in your networks? If you want to monitor the connection values, I'm assuming you have some sort of "learning" for changing the topology? Are these mechanisms compatible with NeuroML? If so, the visualization can be done with existing tools but I suspect that there may be a mismatch here. Within the NeuroML domain, we typically think of existing connections that may strengthen or weaken but not a changing topology. I don't know of any existing tools for generating 3D topology automatically but there are a few tools that might be useful. Would need to know a bit more about your models.
